Nice ubication of the apartment.

The department was only good. Not enough space. 2 floor of really small stairs.

We've got small and cute apartments on Constantine's street. It was really like a home.

We rented a perfectly located apartment, big and nice.

Despite my mistake: I had translated an email that warned of the total payment at check in, the hotel staff was accommodating and very polite. L'appartamento era ottimo; molta luce; vicino al centro; fermata del tram sotto casa; attrezzi da cucina nuovi,

Nice location, close to all the necessary sightseeings. Pretty clean and well-designed apartments.

Stairs. And there was too cold in our apartments.

The tram- and busstation (to the airport) direct in front of the hotel. A cosy room for our family (4 persons). Nice view to the concertgebow.

Very small bathroom and that you could not aerate the toilet: the air had to pass through the bedroom!

We were very pleased with the service provided by bema hotel. We stayed in an apartment rather than the hotel because we wanted to be self catering. The apartment was spacious, clean and reasonably well equipped. It had wifi and a small balcony and was located very near the hotel, a short walk or cycle from the vonderpark. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Not knowing the exact location of the apartment before arriving was slightly inconvenient for making plans.

Good location, niceer than I thought it would be for the price. The breakfast was nice. Beds were comfortable and showers nice and hot, clean.

The staff were a little strange! But fine, I guess. One of our light bulbs didn't work but it wasn't a big deal.

The apartment was a nice size but not very clean

The staff was terrible and we ended up about 2 miles from where they hotel said it was located. This hotel does not have any rooms where it says it is located, but run-down apartments all over the city. The staff are unfriendly, unhelpful and obnoxious. Avoid staying here!

Location was great as taxi stand across street and tram and bus stop at corner maybe 25 yards away. Close to van gogh museum and other sights. Walking distance to grocery, pharmacy, & coffee/bakery/cafe. Safe. Warm with great big windows. Many tourist leaflets, map, discount cards. Plenty of info. Phone in lobby. Provided coffee, juice, toast and boiled egg for breakfast. Provided hairdryer. Room service available and daily room clean and bed making.

Shower did not drain right so floor got real slippery. The water pooled in the corner so you had to use the squeegie to push water down the drain. Very steep stairs which are typical but the problem was in the railings; they didn't feel secure to the wall. Carpet seemed to need a cleaning not just vacuuming. Beds need to be changed. They are shot. Too mushy, no support. They were padded with what seemed like a lawn furniture pillow. If improvements made I would recommend to others.

Easy to find. The manager - Joanna I think is her name, was nice, welcoming and all. It was cheap, but near to the Rijksmuseum, and only a 10-minute walk from the centre. It was fine.

Really comfortable bed. Lovely view from room. High ceilings- over 3 meters. Breakfast was really nice. Helpful receptionist. Great location- Close to nightlife and museums, 20mins tram ride from Centraal Station. Mother of all stairs- great for the buns. However not disabled friendly. Fantastic budget/weekend option. Free Wifi. Ask reception for password.

No toiletries in private bath. Weird toilet bowl Completely acoustically exposed between bath and room. You'd better be really comfortable with the people you're staying with.
