It was convenient for where I needed to go. It was clean and informal with friendly staff. I would have liked the early morning call I requested on my last morning but happily I was awake early as usual! |

I think that the web description is good. This is a simple hotel but very quiet. I was good welcomed. Of course, if you do not want to share your shower/toilets, do not go, this is not for you. I recommand this hotel for its price/quality ratio. |

Good bed, good shower, Internet facilities and downtown proximity. The hotel could have automatic machines for snacks and beverages. The WC is very tiny, a bit uncomfortable. |

Simple relatively cosy accommodation, that "gave" me everything I needed. Good location. It was not possible to switch off the heating, so it was very hot in the room. |

We were in a ground floor apartment for two couples, which was quite spacious, and on a good tramline, and near shops. Staff very friendly and polite. The apartment was further than we expected from the museums, was clean, but in not very good state of repair - an electricity wall plug was broken and the cover lying on the floor. One of the slats on the double bed was missing. The towels were small, thin and only one each. The heating went off so water was cold the first night until we discovered how to work the boiler. |

The location of the hotel - very good accessability. The cleanliness of room was in bad condition. First night we had dirty and used bed-clothes!!After reclamation we recived the clean ones. Photos on the internet doesn´t correspond with real state of room. |

the location was good, the rooms were pretty, the staff very friendly apart from one person. the bedroom was so tiny, that the door didn't quite open and we had to climb over the bed to get into it, which makes it problematic to go say to the bathroom in the middle of the night. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room had gorgeous big doors which opened out over a garden below (not on the street which was nice). Bed was huge and very comfortable and clean. Even though there wasn't a toilet in the room, the shower was great and the toilets were really accessible. Location is perfect. Near Leidseplein and you can get a tram directly to Central Stn from right outside. There are two flights of quite steep stairs so not for anyone unsteady on their feet. |

Own key to the entrance and to the room and I save it then I came when I wanted it only. The mattress of the bed used up was and uncomfortable, the deficiency of climate, a Hungarian channel was not put in on the television. |

We stayed in one of the apartments, this was near to the hotel but some are not. However the staff either take you by tram to your apartment or drive you. The staff are excellent and always helpful. on the end of a phone if you have problems. The apartment, the second we have stayed in, was brilliant! very very clean and smart. all have tv some have stereo. The apartmant was a good choice. |

the staff are very helpful and friendly. and the room is family style, especially the in door decoration. Very cozy to have a deep sleep after the day trip in the city. the basin and the shower doesn't drain well, this is the important point for this hotel to improve. |
