very friendly and helpfull staff, even with us arriving in the middle of the night and arranging a baby bed for our daughter. Very nice and comfortable rooms and good breakfast |

Very helpful, friendly staff. Good location and easy walk to train station. The room was always VERY clean. The breakfast buffet was too expensive for us to indulge in....I'm sure that it was intended for business guests with expense accounts! |

A good location for the area,easily accessible by train and car.Very comfortable and discreet. The questionnaire about the hotel in the room was only in Dutch and we were aware that there was an international clientele. |

The hotel was clean, roomy and modern. Location was in the middle of Haarlem, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. Parking can be expensive if you leave your car there all day in the underground parking. Also the entrance to the parking lot is confusing due to all the one way streets. Having said that the parking is convenient as it is right next to the hotel. |

Centre of town. Good eating places around. We had a baby and they could not provide a baby cot. Reason already 5 kids staying that day and not enough available. Parking should be elborated as access is from a different road and our GPS took us to the hotel where no parking was available.Also parking very expensive.25 euros a night. |

inexpensive, given current exchange rates! The water pressure & temperature was a little to low in my bathroom, no mini bar & so for a 4star it was a little basic, but still a very nice stay. |

The hotel located in the heart of Haarlem. This is a great place to escape the madness of Amsterdam. The hotel is close to lots of great dutch bars and multi-cuisine restaurants. The room was far too cold and the problem wasn't really resolved for over 24 hours. I found public areas of the hotel impersonal. The breakfast was far too expensive and not value for money. |

The staff at the front disk were very helpfull and frendly The Hotel was great the only comment not acomplain is the brekfast was the same every day no single change, I hope there will be some varities changes. |

Staff is friendly and helpful Excessive charge for breakfast, wich is automatically added to your bill. No signing the bill for breakfast so you are not aware that you get ripped off |

The hotel is in the city center. The agreed rate was Euro 112.50 but they charged me 130. first night, 155 second night and 180 for the last 4 nights which make a difference of total Euro 330.00 as an additional cost? |

Very helpful reception; Apples on reception and upstairs were a nice touch;modern ,clean facilities;central location near Grote Markt and within ten minutes walk of Haarlem Station Breakfast too expensive - opportunity for one cheaper menu would be appreciated or just reduce the price..... - we were not on expense accounts! Map was useful but could include details/opening times of museums and market days etc |

De ligging in het oude stadshart van haarlem, is perfect. In de directe omgeving veel mogelijkheden voor ontbijt en diner, wat in dit hotel wel erg mager is georganiseerd. |
