Très belle décoration de l'escalier. Bon emplacement, tout au centre de Haarlem. Chambres correctes, sans beaucoup de charme mais on ne s'attendais pas à plus Le petit dejeuner est trop cher, 18 euro ... Il faudrait que l'hotel propose des places de parking gratuit dans le parking en bas de l'hotel... Pour un 4 etoiles... |

Emplacement privilégié au centre ville. Literie inconfortable - odeur "lourde" dans la chambre - facturation exorbitante de 50€ pour un lit enfant. |

Hôtel très bien situé entre Amsterdam et le parc du Kukheunof, bien adapté pour un séjour alliant visite d'Amsterdam (une quinzaine de kilomètres) et un séjour nature (parc du Kukheunof et plages de la mer du Nord). Haarlem est une belle ville très agréable, et animée, bien adaptée pour un séjour nature. L'hôtel est idéalement situé en plein centre ville, et au calme (rue piétonne). |

L'hôtel est très confortable et très bien situé. L'accueil est excellent. Le seul point négatif est le coût élévé du parking public à proximité de l'hôtel. |

éQuipements très complets personnel attentif et compétent hotel très bien situé Parking tres cher et obligatoire car absence de parking gratuit dans toute la ville...pour les prochains voyageurs conseiller les parking p+r qui desservent toutes les villes aux alentours à partir d'un parking sécurisé à environ 6€/jour + titre de transport gratuit...petit-déjeuner vraiment trop cher (18,50€/pers)!!! |

I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff were very friendly. Room was very clean , comfortable and a good size.Haarlem is an ideal base for visiting Amsterdam and surrounding areas. |

I loved everything! The best 3 things were: 1. Location in historic centre of Haarlem & within walking distance to the tourist sites 2. Large room with excellent bath/shower/etc facilities 3. Helpfulness of the English speaking staff No - you should clone them! |

The staff made the stay very welcoming and the room was well adapted for the level of the disability mrs tyrrel had We have 2 small suggestions a lamp was not working in the hotel and we did put a note in the room to request the lamp replaced this did not happen. And there was questionaire for the hotel we would have liked to fill in howevever although a couple of the questions had english translations the rest was in dutch. And we were aware of many people from different countries were there so maybe more of this questionaire translated would be advantages to getting feed back to the hotel |

The hotel was very central so great to get to shops,bars and restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious. The reception staff were very friendly. Found it abit difficult to park nearby and when we did find somewhere it is abit pricey, 20-30 euros a day. |

Fantastic hotel. Very well presented, good room, everything you would expect from a 4* hotel They need to work out something with the city/town hall to get a reduced parking rate, 40 euros is alot for parking, but it was very conveinant. |

location was good - adjacent to the grand church staff was not very pleasant. Hotel was sterile and a pin drop noise carried all the way to the top floor. children, even well behaved, are not welcome. |

It is very central and no noise from the street as cars are not allowed to drive by. Spacious room and air conditioned. I was a bit suprised that they put us in a room beside the Service Area seeing as we were staying for 10 days so we were woken each morning with the housekeeping making noise outside our door. |

the housekeeper threw away pizza i left for later and half a bar of a very good chocolate!!! they should be more careful with selecting whats rubbish and whats not!!! |

Location of the hotel - very central and close to good restaurants and cafes The room was a lot smaller than anticipated and I would not class it as 'luxury' which was how it was described in the hotel literature and on the website |

The location of the hotel as well as the bottled water and fruit available on each floor. Had to slam doors for them to close properly and therefore, it was very noisy. Dvd did not work. |
