Bellissimo albergo ben posizionato (di fronte al Duomo, in pieno centro storico). Comodo il parcheggio, anche se costoso (il garage pubblico è proprio sotto l'Hotel). |

The staff at the front disk were very helpfull and frendly The Hotel was great the only comment not acomplain is the brekfast was the same every day no single change, I hope there will be some varities changes. |

Staff is friendly and helpful Excessive charge for breakfast, wich is automatically added to your bill. No signing the bill for breakfast so you are not aware that you get ripped off |

The hotel is in the city center. The agreed rate was Euro 112.50 but they charged me 130. first night, 155 second night and 180 for the last 4 nights which make a difference of total Euro 330.00 as an additional cost? |

Very helpful reception; Apples on reception and upstairs were a nice touch;modern ,clean facilities;central location near Grote Markt and within ten minutes walk of Haarlem Station Breakfast too expensive - opportunity for one cheaper menu would be appreciated or just reduce the price..... - we were not on expense accounts! Map was useful but could include details/opening times of museums and market days etc |

Central location, accessibility to local restaurants and places of interest. Clean and spacious room for short stay, staff always helpful and friendly Public parking is quite expensive, and no evening restaurant on site. Breakfast was expensive at 18.50 Euros per person, whereas another hotel within 20 metres did breakfast for 9.50 Euros |

The rooms were modern, clean and with everything we would need. The king size bed was just two full size mattresses pushed together. |

Nice welcoming reception area, perfect location close to parking, market square and church Pillows were very uncomfortable and actually £ade it difficult to sleep. The zink in our bathroom did not work. Staff friendly but very inexperienced. Could not tell aboit opening hours of main attraction, barely know the difference of red and white wine (yes, reception staff is also staffing the bar) and had major issues prioritizing between guests checking in and guests wanting a beer. |
