The staff were excellent, the room was very comfortable indeed and I enjoyed a few drinks in the bar...I liked your hotel so much that it will be my first choice next time I visit Apeldoorn. Booking in advance is key to getting the least expensive rate. All of the staff spoke excellent English. |

Spacious room and bathroom. Good facilities. Safety was an issue. Broken glasses on the restaurant's floor was a hazard for customers and staff was simply not aware of it. When we inform them about it they did not took any action inmediately. Staff service was reaaly poor |

The Hotel has a very nice atmosfeer and good equipped spacious rooms. I will not stay again in this Hotel until they change the breakfast hours from 6 till 9 to at least till 10:00h in the morning. Now me and quite some other guests had the surprise of no breakfast any more after nine???? |

My hotel room smelt like smoke even though I asked for a non smoking room. The swimming pool was extremely cold. During breakfast I had a table near the window which was very cold. |

Een goede kamer, prima bedden en rustige omgeving. Heb ik reeds eerder gemeld; nog maar een keer: 1. Toilet in kamer 438 spoelt niet goed door. 2. Kopje thee maken op de kamer is levensgevaarlijke bezigheid. Heet water doet dunne plastic bekertjes vervormen. 3. Er is in de avond en tijdens ontbijt te weinig personeel. De receptionist moet zowel bar, restaurant als receptie bedienen. 4. Het ontbijt is (veel) te duur voor het gebodene. |

we hadden juist een hotel gekozen met turk stoombad deze bleek defect, hing briefje op vandaag defect bij navraag was dit al langer het geval ! ontbijtbuffet voor kinderen is dezelfde prijs als voor volwassenen mijn dochter betaalde dus 13,50 voor slechts 1 boterham met hagelslag |
