We were on METS in RAI center in Amsterdam, therefore was location and rate excellent. Staff was more than kindly. We had unfortunately no time, and when we had there was bad weather. I decided therefore whenever come back with my wife and see Amsterdam with a bicycle. I think that Bicycle Hotel has everything for that. For this money I think that was best idea. Whatever they put on web pages was true. It was clean and I have to say that one more time: staff was very kindly. |

it was nice and clean with a very friendly staff. easy to get to from the central station. i know it's in Amsterdam, but the room was really ultra small. Besides there was a little bit of hubbubb about the reservation (overlapping reservations in the same room) bt luckily everything turned out just fine. |

Size of the room was extremely small, there was no space for anything else than bed. We had to but half of our luggages back into the car to have any space to stand. It seemed as they gave as the single room as a double. They tried to explain all hotels in Amsterdam are like this but I was visiting friends in other hotels and it was not so. Also stairs were eexxxtremely steep. We could hardly get to the 4th floor. no spce at all to pass by. |

It was easy to find, the directions were good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and allowed me leave my bag there the next day. The breakfast was tasty, with lots of bread, cereal and yoghurt. Very steep stairs to the rooms, and no lift. The hotel is really more like a private hostel, which is fine, once you know what to expect. From my slightly cramped room I could hear noises from the hallway and from other rooms. The breakfast room and office area was full of laundry being ironed and folded. |

I really enjoyed this hotel, they have a very friendly staff, great views from our rooms, the breakfast room was really nice and plenty of coffee, toasts and other things to eat. I really recommend it, we'll go back there next year! |

The location is good in relation to Amsterdam and the inner residential, parks and canals are accessable The breakfast was very basic, the room was tiny, hot and no fan was provided. The fit out is basic and the upmost cheapest of everything. The bed was covered with an obviously unwashed bed cover. The sheets beneath were clean, I think. The towels provided were worn and shreded and they needed replacing. Lights in our room required the globes replaced. On the whole a very cheap and basic hotel. |

This hotel is sold as a "Hotel" but really it is a "Hostel", it doesn´t have elevators, they won't clean the rooms, the installations are terrible, etc. I think this hotel should charge half the price or less for such a terrible service. We are suspicious that the hotel is "improving" the consumers comments in booking.com, because it had good reviews when we made our reservation, nevertheless the hotel resulted in a total disapointment. |

Yhe atmosphere of BC hotel is relaxed, cosy and warm. Our room was very small but so clean and beautiful. The street is quiet and peaceful. The staff was nice and helpful. We had a double booking (they hadn´t a room for us for our last night) but the boss got us a room nearby in the same price; that was good service! After cycling one week in Netherland here was first really bicycle store! |

Staff was amazing and we were upgraded to an apartment because the rooms were full. Four flights upstairs to get to the apartment but it was 100% worth it and gorgeous. |

Freindly staff, privat parking for a car but narrow and maximum two cars (it's called bicycle hotel off course) good internet connection small room, no private bathroom, feels like a youth hostel more than hotel. quit expensive (for what you get) but it seems that is the case in most hotels in Amsterdam. |

The place was definitely clean from the bathroom to the living room area & the bedroom. The view was great. The place could even pass for a studio loft/apartment. Wonderful place to stay, value for money! The only thing negative worth mentioning about our stay was the staircase! As with all houses in Amsterdam, the staircase was quite narrow & we were checked in the 5th floor. We were international travellers from Asia and were staying in Europe for 2 weeks. So naturally we had huge suitcases. We had to bring this up ourselves through 5 floors - no elevator! This was quite exhausting! Make sure to book a room in the 1st or 2nd floors if your bringing a lot of baggage. |

Cheap, clean, enaught confotable, not too far from the center (pulito, economico, personale gentile, ottima prima colazione, mi sono trovato piuttosto bene) Room very very small. Hard stair (la camera era molto molto piccola si faceva fatica ad avere una valigia e a muoversi in due, ci stava appena il letto e il lavandino + scala molto ripida, ma è comunque una normalità in olanda + letto un po' rumoroso ;-) |

The staff were extremely helpful and could not have done any more. It is reasonably easy to explore Amsterdam from here The amazingly steep stairs, bring your climbing gear |

The free internet access in the breakfastroom, the helpfull staff, the quiet and agreeable place, clean beds, nice athmosphere, the information they gave me about Amsterdam and events that were going on, ... The breakfast was a bit too sweet for me with too little vegetables, the curtains in the room were full of spots and there was a cigarette smell in the room which made it a bit difficult for me to breathe and sleep easily. |
