Spacious apartment. Location (city centre). 15 degrees C outside, no double glazing, and central heating disconnected (it was not working because it is only activated by a sensor in the building roof when the temperature drops) -how much does it have to drop??? Not enough shower gel. One of the bedroom windows did not close properly (some cold air streaming in). Noisy living room (bedroom OK when door closed). |

Good location. Friendly staff. No lift so difficult to get to room with heavy luggage. No phones in room, not even intercom to summon assistance should there be a problem. Neither of these points were clear in the hotel information. |

What I enjoyed most during my stay at the hotel was the excellent help and assistance the hotel's employees provided us.Also the room was really comfortable, with a great view of the city!!!Finally the breakfast buffet was really "rich" and tastefull. There is nothing I did not like.All in all I was really satisfied. |

The location. Unfortunately the room was extreamly dirty - carpet, curtains and headboard need goos clean.Linen and bathroom were clean. |

Rooms beautifully done up, location is great. If you`re lucky, there is parking available on the road in front of the hotel. There is underground parking available, at a costs. We heard, however, of some problems that parking had caused. |

The hotel apartment was better than expected! It was right in the center of town; enough room for the three of us. very clean. nice hot shower. no remote for the tv. other than that, everything was perfect. |

I don't know if it is an usual complaint, but we could'nt access to a proper room until 8.30 P.M., so we had to pass a big amount of our stay negotiating rooms and wasting time. |

posiitief was de goede ligging ten opzichte van het centrum en de grote ruime kamer. Ook waren we erg tevreden met het bed, heerlijk geslapen! Het hotel is midden in de drugsbuurt:drugsboten tegenover en de coffeeshops ernaast! Drugrunners liepen aan en af. Het hotel was op zich niet duur, maar het parkeren en het ontbijt wel! |

Tout d'abord, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, on a dit que notre chambre était dans une annexe = 1 kms à pied avec les bagages.Situé au 3 ième étage d'un immeuble et ascenseur en panne et des escaliers de 10 cm de large sur trois étages, les valises ne passaient pas. Apartement non chauffé (15 degrés) et télé en panne. Nous l'avons signalé mais la dame de la réception de l'hôtel éyait seule et n'a rien pu faire. Résultat, soirée et nuit glacée, pas moyen de se doucher et repartir avec 1 kms à pied et les bagages...c'est scandaleux ne ne pas le dire avant |

De algemene sfeer is positief samen met het voortreffelijk ontbijt. Het hotel is zeer goed onderhouden en net. kamer 823 heeft een totaal verkeerde inrichting. Het bed kon meer naar de deur zodat de schuine plafondkant minder hinderend zou zijn, of langs de kant van de schouw. De lijnrooster in de badkamer is slecht geplaatst; er in de badkamer te weinig afzet voor toiletgerief; een kast bedekt een glasstrook in de badkamermuur |

locatie van het appartement (Markt) het appartement was (erg) bescheiden ingericht. Daarnaast was wasbak badkamer verstopt, ontbraken een aantal handgrepen op de kasten en was er slechts één nachtkastje en lamp. Tot slot was er met name 's nachts behoorlijk lawaai van een afzuiger achter het gebouw. |

Lekker dicht bij alles. Ik vond de app. niet echt schoon. Bij. de badkamer met haren douche veroudert. Tafel in woonkamer niet echt schoon. Gordijnen gekreukeld . Verder is het een vrij donker app. en erg vervelend als een lamp in de badkamer kapot is. De verf op de muur in de woonkamer mocht ook een nieuwe kregen. |

Vriendelijke ontvangst en uitleg. Mooi appartement. Schoon en ruim. Er was geen mogelijkheid tot afwassen (blokjes voor de machine ontbraken en de toegezegde nabezorging bleek een loze belofte). Verder kregen we de televisie pas na een uur stuntelen aan de praat. |
