This was our second stay at the hotel and we loved it just as much as our first trip. The surroundings are beautiful and the hotel is a pleasure to spend time in. Hotel staff could not have been more helpful. Our beds were comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. We hired bikes to cycle to Oosterbek, which is nearby, through pretty woods with cycle paths. The hotel lounge areas are luxurious and popular for evening drinks. We will definitely come again. With the current rate of exchange, evening meals were expensive at the hotel restaurants. We preferred to eat in the local town for this reason. |

The staff were very helpful and the hotel felt very relaxed. We sat in the reception area while the Arnham football team and Diana Ross's band also sat waiting in the same area along with a wedding party and no one tried to bother anyone. There was also a wonderful VIP area that we spent the evening with the band and footballers & were given chips to use insteadof money to buy drinks in the bar. A wonderful weekend. |

The hotel was excellent and the staff very helpful. We ate in the italian restaurant and were disappointed in the meal and the cost. Dont let this put you off the hotel we put it down to a very poor choice of meal on our part. |

Good leisure facilities, lovely surroundings, bike rental. Room and bathroom were spacious, light and comfortable, and overlooked woods behind. No tea/coffee or minibar in the room. |

The check-in was very professional, personnel was thoroughly trained to mention all important details. There was also a children's check-in, with a step and a flag and my three year old received a special hotel activity book for kids. The swimming pool was clean and the changing/shower facilities as well. Also, there were plenty towels at the swimming pool. The room we stayed in used to be very nice, but was a bit run down now. My son found a huge pink pill under the bed and showed me before trying to eat it. The bathtub came with some foreign hairs too. I was not majorly impressed about the cleanliness of the room. |

The staff were all extremely friendly and very helpful. With the current sterling/euro exchange rate the price of the restaurant meals was quite high. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful setting, clean and comfortable rooms, great food. Would definitely stay again. Seemed a little short staffed during our stay. Couple of times whilst in lounge had to go to reception to order drinks/ice cream then it took 30 mins before they arrived. You need to reserve a table in any of the restaurants if you wish to dine there. This should have been highlighted during check in. |

Always friendly and helpful staff, good food, nice surrundings. A requested repair in the room was not carried out. Too many missing wines from the wine list. That did not match the standard of the hotel. |

The italian restaurant had out-of-this-world food! Absolutely 10! Ugly picture hanging in my room, bathroom was a bit oldfashioned and there was no balcony (in my case) |
