I was charged twice and moreover for additional 400 Euro as a depposit for I don't know what without any notice. I saw it only having received an SMS-message. Shure money will be returned but it takes time, and taking into consideration such things before would be nice. Unexpected for 5* hotel.

Location,location,location.Friendly staff and good food My wife and I stayed in a luxury de-luxe suite,the size of the room and facilities were excellent apart from the bathroom extremely small and only access to the bath was from the end,which in itself was very high,not easy for people of a certain age! The Hotel responded quickly and offered us a change of room or a step into the bath, which we accepted ,considering it was only for a two night stay,but at these prices not really acceptable.

The location is great, near a canal with a view on it and ease of access to almost all of visit worthy places in Amsterdam. Although the quality of rooms and service are very good but they are not in proportion with the rate.

The Dylan Amsterdam is situated right in the middle of Oude Staat - the old town. Go for a room with canal view. And don´t hesitate to ask the consierge for advice - they know everything that´s worth knowing about Amsterdam. When you pay €550 for a room breakfast should be included. Presented with a bill for €56 for two the first morning we learned it was not. The next days we popped around the corner to Leidsegracht and had a delicious breakfast at George for a third of that price.

A wonderful property with a superb restaurant. Eclectic contemporary comfortable rooms. Fantastic location on one of the principal canals. Helpful, knowledgable, friendly well-groomed staff. The most welcoming of hotels. Everything was wonderful!

We loved the beauty and location of the hotel. The service was wonderful and attentive. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious and memorable. A great hotel for a visit in Amsterdam.

Excellent location in Amsterdam on the canal centre of town but very select and quiet , yet only a few minutes walk to the busy centre and shops. Staff very friendly and helpful especially the concierge staff (and Jeffrey in particular) Quirky luxury hotel lovely rooms and excellent gourmet dining. No complaints. But would suggest a suitcase stand in the luxury double

The hotels position on the Keisergracht was a very nice quiet part of Amsterdam , yet only a few minutes walk to the city centre. Staff all very friendly , especially Jeffrey and all concierge staff. The Vinkeles restaurant was superb. Very enjoyable stay

Cortezia dos funcionários lauge hotel Restaurante , localização . Quartos se ouve muitos barulhos dos outros Hospedes e principalmente dos funcionários que limpam O quarto se vc esta dormindo e eles limpando quarto ao lado Ficam conversando em voz alta e não estão Nem aí com vc . Paguei conta e funcionaria se esqueceu de cobrar extras Mandei ela incluir o que tinha consumido ela incluiu Parainha surpresa utilizaram o meu Cartao sem Minha autorização coisa comum e amsterdam A obrigação de verificar quartos é do hotel. Utilizar Cartao sem autorização após chekout Foi ruim .

Отель очень понравился.Очень удобное месторасположение.Шустрый WI FI. Чистые номера.В мини баре встроена кофеварка с капсулами-очень удобно.Завтраки дороговаты 56 Eur на двоих, но полноценные и очень вкусные.Как и во всех отелях Амстердама довольно сильная слышимость между комнатами, но отель дороговат и буйных соседей не было, поэтому с этим вопросом проблем не было. В номерах очень тепло. Если ещё раз будем в Амстердаме, то выберем этот отель снова.

Услужливый персонал. Расположен на канале! Часть окон номеров выходит прямо на канал/ Достаточно высокие цены при среднем уровне отеля - бедненько, но чистенько. Завтраки не включены в стоимость. Слышно все, что происходит за дверью номера. Русских каналов по ТВ нет.

מלון בוטיק משובח ומלא שיק, ללא ספק מהטובים בעיר. מיקום מצוין, שירות מעולה. ארוחת הערב במסעדה (כוכב אחד במישלן) היא חוויה, וגם ארוחת הבוקר לא מאכזבת. מי שיכול להרשות לעצמו לשלם את המחירים - יקבל תמורה.
