This boutique hotel along the Keizersgracht canal is situated in the heart of Amsterdam. Dam Square is a short walk away. The restaurant has a Michelin star. The Dylan offers rooms and suites with special themes. All have luxurious bathrooms, a bathrobe and slippers. There is free Wi-Fi. The award-winning restaurant is located in an 18th century bakery with garden views. French cuisine is served complemented by wines from the cellar. We loved the beauty and location of the hotel. The service was wonderful and attentive. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious and memorable. A great hotel for a visit in Amsterdam.

Friendly staff, brilliantly helpful and knowledgable Concierge. Excellent bar staff and the rooms were fantastic, the pillows were so soft and comfortable. Restaurant Vinkeles was superb Lighting in the room could be brighter, it is very atmospheric but difficult to work

Location was the best thing about the hotel The bathroom very badly designed: the side of the bath was very high making it very difficult to get in and out of the shower. The mirrors my the sink had cupboards at the top making it imposible to see your face if you were over 150cm tall! The staff were mostly helpful but a little cold and abrupt. When we wanted to rent bikes they had all gone - ? need more.

The location is great, near a canal with a view on it and ease of access to almost all of visit worthy places in Amsterdam. Although the quality of rooms and service are very good but they are not in proportion with the rate.

The Dylan Amsterdam is situated right in the middle of Oude Staat - the old town. Go for a room with canal view. And don´t hesitate to ask the consierge for advice - they know everything that´s worth knowing about Amsterdam. When you pay €550 for a room breakfast should be included. Presented with a bill for €56 for two the first morning we learned it was not. The next days we popped around the corner to Leidsegracht and had a delicious breakfast at George for a third of that price.

A wonderful property with a superb restaurant. Eclectic contemporary comfortable rooms. Fantastic location on one of the principal canals. Helpful, knowledgable, friendly well-groomed staff. The most welcoming of hotels. Everything was wonderful!

Excellent location in Amsterdam on the canal centre of town but very select and quiet , yet only a few minutes walk to the busy centre and shops. Staff very friendly and helpful especially the concierge staff (and Jeffrey in particular) Quirky luxury hotel lovely rooms and excellent gourmet dining. No complaints. But would suggest a suitcase stand in the luxury double

The hotels position on the Keisergracht was a very nice quiet part of Amsterdam , yet only a few minutes walk to the city centre. Staff all very friendly , especially Jeffrey and all concierge staff. The Vinkeles restaurant was superb. Very enjoyable stay

The quality of the designs were great. When we checked in, we have to wait long time. I thought that one of the reasons was the number of the desk counter. They have only two counters for every kind of works.

This boutique hotel has the perfect location in a very old and famous part of Amsterdam. The facilites are great, and food and service outstanding with a on-star Guide Michein Restaurant.

Good Design. Quality of Mini-Bar Bathroom not very handy and badly designed: difficult to enter/exit the bath/shower, mirrors difficult to use and toilet in the wrong spot. Expecting more from a such a design hotel

Very convenient, very nice room, great restaurant, no hassle as a hotel of this kind should be. The bathroom was poorly designed, below the great standard of the hotel itself.

Buena ubicacion, personal muy atento, dieron soporte tambien en español, la habitacion era un atico muy simpatico y amplio, con buenas instalaciones la zona tiene parking muy caro, use el publico a 45 euros el dia (era lo mas economico de la zona)

Sfeervol klein hotel, met leuke bar, lounge en goede ligging midden in het centrum van Amsterdam. Leuke binnenplaats, vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijtbuffet. De kamers zijn leuk, maar niet heel luxueus, afwerking vrij matig. Helaas ook lawaaiig (enkel glas en uitgaand publiek op zaterdagavond). Diner in sterrenrestaurant Vinkeles viel tegen. De tijd van veel te kleine porties is toch wel voorbij? Niet bijzonder voorgerecht voor 35 euro, wel goed hoofdgerecht (houtduif), maar alles bij elkaar toch echt te duur voor wat je krijgt. Volgende keer toch maar weer Amstelhotel en La Rive.
