The public areas of The Dylan have recently been refreshed and extended by the international design award winning company FG stijl to take the Dylan to a higher level. The Lounge has been redesigned to provide a relaxed, intimate space for drinks or informal meetings while the bar is one of Amsterdam’s hippest hangouts. A new private room with a connecting glazed courtyard provides a large, flexible and dramatic space ideal for presentations, meetings, cocktail parties or dinners.
All rooms are non smoking!
Echoing the décor of the hotel, Executive Chef Dennis Kuipers created a menu that combines the traditional and the modern. The dishes served in the popular Vinkeles reflect Kuipers’ love of contemporary French cuisine. He combines the freshest ingredients to produce a menu that is delightful and unique to Vinkeles. His signature dishes include roast Anjou pigeon with five spices, mousse of bitter Caraïbe chocolate, coffee couscous with marinated mango and a mascarpone sorbet.
The restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday, from 19:00 till 22:30.
Many of The Dylan’s regular guests have their favorite room or suite whether it is the exposed wooden beams, relaxing natural colors and crisp white bed linen of the Loft Suites or the warm ginger and tumeric colours, black mahogany floors and Asian detailing of the La Carmona Suites. Some choose the fresh, light and airy atmosphere of The Garden Room with its palette of greens, lavender & rosemary and stunning limestone bathroom while the bolder go for the heady romance of the flamboyantly colored and draped Klasbol Suites decorated in vibrant raspberry reds and cool greys.

I loved the decor! All boutique chic and designed to the hilt. The incredible staff and Concierge and Manager, all fantastic people! Our private boat trip was utterly unforgattable and truly to be recommended! Room 22 is a fantastic room, both quiet and with lovely views over the courtyard and canal. No tables are reserved/kept aside for hotel guests at restaurant Vinkeles. Still, Pasqual managed to whip up something delicious for us in the lounge/dining annex! The shower is in the bath, and I would expect a separate shower, however, without actually taking out the bath and using that space, I understand that shower-space is limited. |

The staff was nice. It's a place where people go to eat dinner more than stay. The room was terrible. The tub was enclosed in wood and very high.Impossible for average person to get into.No shower. There were cabinets at the top by mirror so you had to bend down to see yourself unless under 5 ft. |

Personeel bijzonder vriendelijk, gastvrij en profesioneel. Eten uitstekend Bed fantastisch. Bij boekin via uw site werd niet verteld dat er 6 verschillende type kamers waren. wc knop was heel moeilijk in te drukken zeker voor mensen met reumatische aandoening aan handen. |

Спокойное, симпатичное, тихое место в центре города. Garden view это вид на двор-колодец, окна напротив - 5-6 метров, внизу симпатичный дворик. Номер просматривается со всех сторон. Пришлось закрыть все шторы, но так темно. Я думаю вид на канал предпочтительнее. В плане дизайна амбиций больше, чем реально интересных решений. Персонал доброжелателен, в отеле чисто, в номере не очень. На завтрак вставайте пораньше - получите удовольствие, если проспите рискуете остаться без кофе. |
