Best Western Blue Square Hotel

Compared to other local hotels this was competitively priced, the staff were friendly and were happy to help. The rooms were clean and tidy with good variety of international TV available.

Parking was difficult to get to, had to park outside the hotel first then get instructions to drive another mile to get round the back. Parking very expensive for 2 nights €30. Breakfast not included in the price, again another hidden high cost. Hotel is well off the beaten track, whilst a regular tram and bus service operate from nearby, it takes almost 1 hour to get into the centre for all the usual tourist type activities.

Our room was very clean, staff extremely helpful, giving you maps and advice. We only stayed for 1 night so was good for that.

They don't have any double beds just twins pushed together which was a bit annoying. It's about 20-25mins from the City Centre on a tram so a little far out although regular public transport a minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast very expensive 12.50euros each and choice not great.

The hotel and room are nice and clean, personnel is polite and helpful. The only disadvantage of the hotel is location (rather far from city center), although the public transport is easily available

the bed was comfortable but that was probably the only good feature. the internet didn't work, the room was dirty when we arrived, and it was in a terrible location

Ideally located close to tram station for easy access into the city. Large spacious rooms and bathrooms.

The staff were very helpful and the beds were very comfy, slept like a log!!! It was close to local transport with easy links to the centre.

location of this hotel. far away from city centre, about 4 miles away.You need car, taxi, otherwise you have to take public transportation.

Staff were extremly helpful and went out of their way for us, especially night staff, Martin, was very kind.

The parking garage operation was very poor. Door would not open or close a lot of times. Very annoying.

The quality of the room was very high given the amount paid, we even received tea and coffee making facilities. Hotel staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Close to a supermarket, public transport and many restaurants.
