οι κοπέλες στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν πολύ εξηπηρετικές, το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και το πρωινό ήταν μια χαρά, η περιοχή ήταν ησυχη 15 λεπτά από το κέντρο με το τραμ.

δεν ηταν καθαρισμένο λεπτομερώς το δωμάτιο, ειχε δηλαδη τρίχες στο νιπτύρα του μπάνιου απο ξυρισμα από προηγούμενο πελάτη και η μοκέτα είχε τρίχες. το ξενοδοχείο είναι καινούριο, οπότε υπάρχουν ακόμα πράγματα που πρέπει να φτιαχτούν. δεν υπάρχει κανένα σαλόνι, είναι καθαρά νεανικό ξενοδοχείο μόνο για να κοιμηθείς κ να φας πρωινό. από έξω είναι λιγάκι απογοτευτικό, αλλα το δωμάτιο ήταν όμορφο.

The cleanliness and comfort are impeccable which gives a nice rate vs invested money. Great restaurant presentation and good food. Also good customer - service. I would stay in the same location in my next visits to Amsterdam and we chose the hotel based on the online reputation and customer feedback.Keep up the good work.

- the fact that it is too far from the city center (Dam area) and the trip by public transportation takes a long time and isn`t cheap at all. Also the offline processing system of cards has some problems. All in all the hotel compensates these through all the good things mentioned above.

Nice and helpful staff. Squeaky clean. Very good price for a hotel of this standard, which makes it still good value for money.

Windows don't open (and if they would open, would let in a lot of noise from the busy street in front). The hotel is located in one of the most boring and uninteresting parts of Amsterdam, and it takes about 30 minutes by public transport to get to the city centre. Hotel restaurant is horrible: no atmosphere, waiters have no clue, and food is unappetising: definitely go out and eat somewhere else.

Good breakfast well worth 10 EUR. However dinner was a la carte only so we opted for dinner outside the hotel.

The room was very comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Breaksfast was good.

Nice, big room for decent money.

Personell was just incredibly slow and annoying. It is quite far from the city center (even though on the tram station). Next time I will live closer to downtown.
