good hotel, 18 minutes by tram (n.14) from center, staff is kind and professionnel, parking inside and cover (15 euro for day), rooms are big and very clean. breakfast just sufficient, not adeguate at a 4 stars hotel about qualities and variety of food. Considered it is far of centre, prices of rooms are too much, considered even buses and tram and taxi are very expensive in amsterdam. |

We arrived early but the very friendly staff gave us a room straight away. The hotel is not exactly pretty from the outside but is very modern and clean on the inside. No complaints whatever |

Was only there for 1 evening, but found evrything to my satisfaction the room was excellent, Only problem was we had early morning departure, and found that the breakfast room did not open till 06:20am and had taxi booked for 06:30, so did not have time for breafast, also the in room refreshments, there was no tea, only herbal and coffee. |

The quality of the room was very high given the amount paid, we even received tea and coffee making facilities. Hotel staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Close to a supermarket, public transport and many restaurants. |

A little out of the way, but easy to get into town, affordable with reasonable parking. Room fine, although the double was two singles shoved together which migrated in the night. It's a base in Amsterdam, not a heart-of-the-city locale. Not a real criticism, but a point to make. |

The staff were excellent: despite me making the booking for Saturday night, instead of Friday, by mistake, the reservation was changed with no fuss and no fee. The room was a good size and everything in it modern and comfortable. For 75 euros, I've never had better in many trips to Amsterdam. Also, upon arrival you are given a collection of useful guides re: buses/trams/areas in Amsterdam, etc. Location wasn't central, but 20mins on public transport got you wherever you needed to be in the city. |

The bed was extraordinarily comfortable. I would consider buying the same sort of mattress for my home. Also, the shower was fantastic. I think people whose reviews complained about the distance to the city centre were being a bit unfair as the tram stop was located a short walk (2 mins) from the hotel and if they wanted to stay in the city centre and pay higher prices, then they should have done so. The young man at the front desk was evidently new but he did a wonderful job of checking us in and provided us with a local map as well as a map created by the hotel showing its location and various extremely helpful tram stop names. This hotel was exactly what I was looking for--not terribly expensive, clean and near to the city centre. |

Room nicer than most we've stayed in, but hotel was more expensive too. Clean & comfortable, nice bathroom. It's away from the city centre, but trams are frequent, run until quite late and are reasonably cheap (get a travel card). Breakfast could have done with a little more variety. |
