Private parking for the car and the price was reasonable. The breakfast was good. Tram-line outside the hotel. You get a pile of tourist brochures at the check-in, that's easy! Spacious room, with a bath tub. The neighbourhood not the greatest, but we could live with that. |

Nice, big room for decent money. Personell was just incredibly slow and annoying. It is quite far from the city center (even though on the tram station). Next time I will live closer to downtown. |

Free internet access, friendly staff. Location was too far from my destinations (RAI etc.), so any saving in rate cost was countered by increased taxi fares. |

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were big and clean. Staff very helpful and nice. Good connection to the city center (central station, tram 20 minute) safe parking under the hotel. (not free) |

The only thing I disturbed me was that I had to go out for smoking cigarrete every time but it is OK. Nice coffee, nice simple bread with toaster available but what a shame there is no Croassant "sorry they are finished already" was the answer of waitor.........I mean ever day, it was supposed to be buffet breakfast until 10 O, clock so things in the menu should be there atleast until 9:30 am |
