La pulizia. Il fatto di avere in camera il bollitore per farsi qualche tisana calda.

La poca chiarezza per raggiungere la struttura con I mezzi pubblici. Il fatto che la prima colazione è molto cara per chi, come noi italiani, siamo abituati ad un cappuccio con la brioche. La camera è fredda e mancano coperte per coprirsi meglio di notte.

ottima la struttura,buoni i collegamenti sia verso il centro di Amsterdam che verso l'aeroporto.

Ci sono rimasto male quando ho visto che le finestre non si aprivano.....All'inizio ho avuto un senso di claustrofobia,poi mi ci sono abituato.

stanze grandi e comode

la posizione dal centro molto lontano.. da e per l'aeropporto treno sino alla stazione centrale e poi metropolitana fino alla fermata piu vicina

Molto bello come hotel, e ben fornito di mezzi pubblici sia di giorno che di sera...stanze molto ampie e letti abbastanza comodi, con un ottimo staf.

La pulizia nn mi è sembrata delle migliori, avevamo le tende sporche di nero e polvere un po ovunque, e poi è un po lontano dal centro ma è veramente ben fornito con I mezzi (areoporto col bus 69, e piazza dam e stazione bus 21, tram 7,14)... Io lo consiglio...

Posizione e prezzo

Pulizia poco accurata. Aspirazione della moquette scarsa o inesistente. Lo consiglierei con riserva

Stanze spaziose e pulite. Comodo per noi italiani il bollitore per il caffè in stanza (anche se il caffè è di quelli solubili).

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto distante dal centro città e i collegamenti, se pur buoni, costano una cifra ed incidono notevolmente sulla permanenza in città (€ 7,50 giornalieri per persona). Assenza di colazione all'italiana a prezzi adeguati. Totale assenza di personale che parli la lingua italiana (nonostante ve ne siano in quantità considerevole). Personale che, se pur cortesi, non si prodigano a fornire le indicazioni necessarie per ottimizzare la permanenza.

Stanza molto ampia. Offerte per tour della città.

Un po' troppo periferico.

L'ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo - la vicinanza con la fermata bus tram situata proprio di fronte all'hotel che collega il centro di amsterdam in circa 15 - 20 min (tram 14 e 7 e bus 21 e il 69 per l'areoporto di schirpool che e' anche molto frequente).

Non molto conveniente la colazione € 12,50 € 10,00 se si prenota il gg. Prima.

Camera spaziosa e ben fornita. Ambiente pulito e staff competente.

Personale, pulizia, posizione.

Segni di muffa nella stanza, bagno senza aeratore, colazione non compresa.

The value for money is quite ok. The room is modern and it is very comfortable. The hotel is not in the center, but it is easy to go to the center.

The wifi was not working

Very clean and comfortable hotel from inside.

A bit long distance to the city centre, but there was a very good tram connection.

Although the hotel is not in the centre of the city, the major attractions in the city are readily accessible by tram. We used the 69 bus as a low cost and very acceptable way of travel between the hotel and the airport. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff were all helpful and courteous. There was plenty of variety of good food at breakfast at a very reasonable price.

The room is very comfortable and warm. All what u need is there. And the price was very nice for young couple!

There no any markets around. We tried to find any food after 9 pm and found only one turkish cafe opend. Anyway thanks for them)

The hotel didn't look very promising from the outside but was superb in the inside. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom nice to use. The centre of Amsterdam can be reached by a 20 minute tram ride. We had a free 24 hr underground parking at the hotel, which extended beyond our check out time, as we had checked in late evening the previous day. The staff are very helpful and give you all the information you need about getting around and finding good restaurants for your dinner. The breakfast at the hotel was very nice and available until 11:00, so didn't have to get up early.

The bartender was a little unfriendly but it may have been only that he didn't quite appreciate my husband's humor.

Not really 'European' 4 star standard, no gym center

The rooms were clean and tidy, the staff friendly, the 69 bus from the airport stops just down the road ( stand 15 ) the number 7 and 14 tram into and out of the Dam Center and also no 21 bus at the other corner. you can get a 1 euro breakfast at Hema supermarket between 9 and 10 am.100 meters to the right of hotel as you walk out, we enjoyed our stay there.

The rooms were reasonably clean and comfortable although we had problems with a shower, a safe deposit and a card key and had to change rooms. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

The hotel could have done with a deep clean although most of it was reasonable. The smaller housekeeping detail was a bit inconvenient. Not enough tea (English Breakfast tea). Sugar/creamer in similar packaging and cups which were too small. Would have preferred to have breakfast included in the cost.

Can`t really think about any bad points.........

The location was convenient to public transportation and in an area with many restaurants. The rooms were large and comfortable.

We stayed for two nights and our room was not cleaned nor our soaps, etc. replenished.

Easy to get to and from aeroport by bus 69, good free internet.

Room was cold and the shower attached to the wall was making a huge pool of water on the floor with no way to prevent that.

The room was spacious since we asked for a baby crib.

We arrived after 3pm and was asked to wait for 20 more minutes in the lobby because the room is not ready. The first night was very cold. We asked for heating and was just replied that it's working. When asked for extra blanket, they kind of refused to provide. We end up sleeping with sweaters in the bed. The reception staff was not friendly at all.

friendly helpful staff controlable room temperature which unlike some does not reset.

loose ceiling tiles which dislodged when the window was opened.
