Best Western Blue Square Hotel

無線Lanが1日以上使えなかったのは不便であった。いらざる出費をした。

アムステルダム市内へはトラムの発着場が近く、便利でした。（Dam広場まで乗り換え無しで20分くらい）- ホテルの外観は真っ青で色も褪せており、一瞬、「？」と思うのですが、中はきれいでした。朝食も（毎日メニ- ューは同じ内容ではあるものの）まぁまぁだと思います。

無料で無線LANが使えるのですが、その案内はどこにもなく、当方からフロントに問い合わせて初めて、利用- のためのパスワードを教えてくれました。また、大変フロントが混んでおり、観光のための質問をしたりするの- にも10分近く並ばないと話ができない、ということもありました。

バスタブ付きの部屋を探していたため、このホテルのバスタブ付きの部屋を見つけ予約したにも関わらず、到着- してみればバスタブなしの部屋。クレームを言っても「他にバスタブ付きのあいている部屋はない。」との事。- 帰国後、再度クレームを言うと、「バスタブ付きの部屋を保証しているわけではない。次回来た時にドリンクと- モーニングのルームサービスする。」と言われても、オランダにさえ再び行くかどうかもわからないのに、この- ホテルには二度と行くはずもないでしょう。部屋の情報がバスタブorシャワーではなく、バスタブの表示があ- ってもバスタブが保証できないでは、このホテルの情報の何を信用してよいのやら・・・。

部屋の引き出しに前の人の忘れもの（下着、洋服類）があった。埃が多かった。依れたタオルがかけてあった。- 一部タオルを変えてないように見えた。駐車場が無い為、大変な目にあった。車上荒らしにあったので、ホテル- のフロントに警察を呼んでもらうよう頼んだが、呼んでくれなかった。警察の場所を教えてくれたのみ。朝食の- 野菜が、変色していた。ジュースの味が薄かった。

Our room was very clean, staff extremely helpful, giving you maps and advice. We only stayed for 1 night so was good for that.

They don't have any double beds just twins pushed together which was a bit annoying. It's about 20-25mins from the City Centre on a tram so a little far out although regular public transport a minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast very expensive 12.50euros each and choice not great.

I like very much the professionalism of the receptionists, they ofer us all the info that we need.Also the roomservice was great.

Yes i don't like the thing that the Internet connection was very poor.

room and bed were comfortable after long day in amsterdam

nothing in particular maybe real milk instead of powder but not a major problem

good hotel, 18 minutes by tram (n.14) from center, staff is kind and professionnel, parking inside and cover (15 euro for day), rooms are big and very clean.

breakfast just sufficient, not adeguate at a 4 stars hotel about qualities and variety of food. Considered it is far of centre, prices of rooms are too much, considered even buses and tram and taxi are very expensive in amsterdam.

We arrived early but the very friendly staff gave us a room straight away. The hotel is not exactly pretty from the outside but is very modern and clean on the inside. No complaints whatever

Helpful staff, very clean and large rooms and bathrooms, excellent breakfast.

The bedroom was well equipped,clean and very comfortable bed.

No milk for tea in rooms

Was only there for 1 evening, but found evrything to my satisfaction the room was excellent,

Only problem was we had early morning departure, and found that the breakfast room did not open till 06:20am and had taxi booked for 06:30, so did not have time for breafast, also the in room refreshments, there was no tea, only herbal and coffee.
