アムステルダム市内へはトラムの発着場が近く、便利でした。（Dam広場まで乗り換え無しで20分くらい）ホテルの外観は真っ青で色も褪せており、一瞬、「？」と思うのですが、中はきれいでした。朝食も（毎日メニューは同じ内容ではあるものの）まぁまぁだと思います。 無料で無線LANが使えるのですが、その案内はどこにもなく、当方からフロントに問い合わせて初めて、利用のためのパスワードを教えてくれました。また、大変フロントが混んでおり、観光のための質問をしたりするのにも10分近く並ばないと話ができない、ということもありました。 |

値段によって部屋の広さが異なったものと思われます。朝食付きの180Euroのプランを選んだところかなり狭い部屋でびっくりしました（ベッドが部屋に縦に並んでいる） |

バスタブ付きの部屋を探していたため、このホテルのバスタブ付きの部屋を見つけ予約したにも関わらず、到着してみればバスタブなしの部屋。クレームを言っても「他にバスタブ付きのあいている部屋はない。」との事。帰国後、再度クレームを言うと、「バスタブ付きの部屋を保証しているわけではない。次回来た時にドリンクとモーニングのルームサービスする。」と言われても、オランダにさえ再び行くかどうかもわからないのに、このホテルには二度と行くはずもないでしょう。部屋の情報がバスタブorシャワーではなく、バスタブの表示があってもバスタブが保証できないでは、このホテルの情報の何を信用してよいのやら・・・。 |

部屋の引き出しに前の人の忘れもの（下着、洋服類）があった。埃が多かった。依れたタオルがかけてあった。一部タオルを変えてないように見えた。駐車場が無い為、大変な目にあった。車上荒らしにあったので、ホテルのフロントに警察を呼んでもらうよう頼んだが、呼んでくれなかった。警察の場所を教えてくれたのみ。朝食の野菜が、変色していた。ジュースの味が薄かった。 |

商業ビルを改造してホテルにしてようで、ホテルらしくないところがある。 フィットネス・クラブ、ランドリーがないのが不満。ワイヤレス・インターネットの信号も2階では弱くつながりにくい。 |

見た目より部屋は清潔です。近くにスーパーマーケットが２つあり便利。食事は路面電車でお出かけです。朝食は割りと充実していた。 ホテルは駅案内所で売っている地図の範囲外で、アムステルダ駅から路面電車で約２０分かかるので、旅慣れていなければ難しい。 |

Great value for money, the hotel is about 20 minutes from the city centre. The room should have a minibar, the wardrobes were tiny and the vending machine in the lobby was broken during my whole stay (4 days). |

The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff effficient and courteous. The 15 to 20 minute tram ride to the city was easy and convenient. The 24 hour transport pass was cost effective. I read some reviewers comments who complained about the time the trip to the city took. Whingers! |

Good out of city location. Tram service very regular to centre. Lots to see and do in and around area. Would definitely recommend to friends. A fridge in room would have been nice to store water, juice etc. |

The cleanliness and comfort are impeccable which gives a nice rate vs invested money. Great restaurant presentation and good food. Also good customer - service. I would stay in the same location in my next visits to Amsterdam and we chose the hotel based on the online reputation and customer feedback.Keep up the good work. - the fact that it is too far from the city center (Dam area) and the trip by public transportation takes a long time and isn`t cheap at all. Also the offline processing system of cards has some problems. All in all the hotel compensates these through all the good things mentioned above. |

Nice and helpful staff. Squeaky clean. Very good price for a hotel of this standard, which makes it still good value for money. Windows don't open (and if they would open, would let in a lot of noise from the busy street in front). The hotel is located in one of the most boring and uninteresting parts of Amsterdam, and it takes about 30 minutes by public transport to get to the city centre. Hotel restaurant is horrible: no atmosphere, waiters have no clue, and food is unappetising: definitely go out and eat somewhere else. |
