This hotel was great. It was locked in a good party of town and was easy to get to. The beds were very comfortable and everything was really clean. It was also a plus that they provide free WiFi. |

Breakfast is very nice Buffet, and People is kind. I could use the internet to free. But breakfast is very expensive. a little bit far from centraal station. and Internet is unstable. and I wanted double bed but double bed was to be one bed. |

the facilities The bad service of the personal at the hotel,,,, well only the Manager (I think she was the manager) who said that se couldnt give more information of how to access to the city but in a very bad way. And the staf at the breakfast. Very bad service |

ten minutes walk from metro station 'de vlugtlaan', handy for schipol. inside it's ok but nothing to get excited about and it needs a coat of fresh paint. it's pricey, the area is ok but by amsterdam standards is a bit on the rough side, the celing of the room i was staying in partly collapsed due to water damage. when this happened they weren't particularly helpful. |

The helpfullness of the staff. The good insulation - no noice from the hall or next by rooms. I did not like that I did not have the opportunity to say, that I did not want room service. There was no sign to put on the door. I liked the fact that the hotel offered bicycles for renting, but the rental price was far too expensive compared to the stay at the hotel. |

very nice, clean room, nice wiew, we've enjoyed our staying there. we have received useful information (maps) on how to get to the city center a little too far away from the city center. I recommend you to buy bus/tram tickets from the metro stations or machines, not from the bus/tram drivers, they are cheaper this way |

The room and hotel were spacious and breakfast was good. Bathroom floor was not cleaned on a daily basis. Choice of tea in room was limited to one type only. Mini bar was missing. |

It offered a family room with 4 actual beds. Nice clean hotel, Breakfast was good. Was not in downtown Amsterdam, could get downtown in about 20mins on the tram. Even though it was close enough to bus and tram I did not like the location, was a strange neighborhood with lots of people hanging around outside. Parking garage closed at 10pm so when we arrived at 10:30pm we had to park on the street and someone hit our car. Also didn't like to have to pay 10euros deposit for use of iron board and iron. |

The hotel was very nice ,room excellent.excellent parking deal with garage next to hotel.good transport system to get in to city .staff has excellent info for trips etc.... |
