Best Western Blue Tower Hotel

Este 10 óra után érkeztünk és a szálás meletti zárt parkolóba csak reggel engedtek be, mondván, hogy ilyenkort az már zárva van.

Professional staff, good and clean room, parking place nearby, good public transport to the city center, relative easy access by car from highway.

Highway very close so quite noisy with open window but with closed window acceptable. Air conditioning was not working properly.

the area is muslim neighborhood ,i was afraid to walk on the dark ,room without refrigerator

the room is nice and clean

there was one lady at the reception,an Indian , she was very rude to us and made our check in very unpleasant. i think you should train your staff more to teach them how to respect customers

a good bar with good food, the breakfast was also good and the rooms are clean.

The beds are not enough "tough". they seems to be very comfortable, but the day after you feel too tired.

I loved the beds they were extremely soft and comfortable & the room was furnished very nicely. The dining room was great and i really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, it was fantastic. The staff were also very polite, professional & helpful, always smiling. I had a great stay!

The price was excellent for Amsterdam.

The location is too far from the city center. Although the tram stop is directly in front of the hotel.

Great value, clean and well appointed rooms. Breakfast was pretty good as well. Hotel connected to a bus, tram service to Central Station Amsterdam. Special reduced daily rate for parking including free tram tickets if one enquires about this special deal immediately upon entering the parking garage located next to the hotel.

Our experience at the blue tower hotel was not one of the better ones unfortunately. Attetion to detail was not one of their stonger points. Having been travelling through europe for the last two months we have many hotels to compare with. Sorry

The room was nice and neat, the hotel had bikes for hire, and the staff were helpful.

It was not in the best area, I later found out that the area is actually a bit unsafe, though I did not feel this while I was there.

Price is OK, as well as the parking facilities.Twin room was nice.Tram and bus close to the hotel.

Not enough light in the room/bathroom. I didn't like the neighbourhood.
