perfekt lätt att ta sig till centrum med spårvagnen ett litet kylskåp på rummet skulle varit bra med tanke på att hotellet ej har någon bar |

2 PCs at the lobby. Print out instruction for public transport. Yellow bike availability. very close to supermarket. 20 mins from city center by bus/bike. Breakfast was a bit pricey |

Staff very helpfull and friendly, room nice and clean, ok value for the money, easy transport to city center Could use a few more towels in the bathroom, and a room that does not face a wall. Lights/lamps could be better. |

Very clean. Furnitures comfortable. We forgot to bring our own toothpaste. On first night, the staff were friendly and gave us some, but on second night another staff told us they do not have this kind of service. |

The lady at reception was really helpful. Good atmosphere, next to the tram stations, parking lot and supermarkets. Room more than cozy! The parking is not at the hotel but it is next to it and you pay 6 Euro for 24 hours and get 2 tram tickets! Very good deal, not to mention the friendliness of the parking lot attendant. Would definetely return! Thanks a million! |

only stayed one night, free tv programmes were rubbish, unhappy that we had to pay to watch the other programmes The hotel was a bit expensive, 3 people were booked into the room but there was only 2 mugs to drink from. We stayed in the Nova hotel in Rotterdam for 4 days and found the service excellent. The swimming pool & garden was so relaxing, staff very friendlly and cost was much cheaper and the room was bigger at the Nova Hotel even with 2 double beds in the room it was spacious |
