The hotel staff especially Majel and Astrid are awesome as they are very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, great, great location with loads of activities, shopping, eating and sightseeing in walking distance. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, the best team I've ever met in a hotel! The location is also very convenient, with shops and transport just a few minutes walk away. Can be a little noisy when other guests walk on the stairs or room above, soundproofing can be improved. |

The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable, they couldn't have been nicer. The hotel was very basic but clean and met my expecations for the price. The location was very good; close to a tram stop and right by a main shopping/eating area. The stairs were quite steep, although we were prepared for this and I believe that any other similar hotel would have the same stairs. |

The location is the best. I stayed at a double room and it was very nice with its own toilet/bathroom. Staff is nice from the little I had to do with them. Excellent value for money. The stairs suck, but that's almost everywhere in amsterdam. The room was hot, but I guess they are not used to hot weather so much... |

The Staff were welcoming and friendly, a very relaxed atmosphere. The 10 of us that stayed there all enjoyed our stay, and will be returning to La Boheme next time we are in Amsterdam! |

Excellent location (just around the corner from Leidseplein), very friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast, and free wireless Internet connection everywhere in the hotel. Bad ventilation (although the fact that the rooms are non-smoking kind of makes up for it), and narrow stairwells that make you think twice before climbing them when slightly intoxicated. |
