Kitche and bathroom too small.

Made very welcome. Liked the no fuss approach. Great situation for the independent traveller exploring the North of Holland.

The best part for me was having the luxury of coming and going as you pleased, and having the option of room service if you so required, although the kitchen facilities and close proximity to the town make it ideal for self catering.

The accommodation was private (I had one of the rooms and my friend had the other). We shared the wc and bathing facilities and this worked out well.The rooms were a good 15 minutes walk to the centre of the city, but this was a pleasant walk through typically Dutch, and friendly, outskirts which gave us an intimate view of life in the main city of Friesland. The rooms were well appointed with everything we needed. Tea and coffee is provided but you are required to pay for it.

We had a friend who is Fries, who lives in the city; he is a policeman. When we first arrived we were told that we couldn't have "anyone" in the room, apart from saying "hello and goodbye" to them. This was not good for having half an hour or so with my friend over a coffee, or a beer, or bite to eat. The owner commented it was government regulation, and my friend and I did not argue. However, having travelled major swathes of this planet, this was the first time I had rceived such a 'dictat'. If you plan to visit family or friends, do not plan to offer even the most basic hospitality to them, in these rented rooms. Access to the internet was blocked from around 9am on morning of departure, which prevented certain important communications to the UK I needed to make.

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Eccellente ospitalità per quanto concerne un bed and brekfast.

Kleine gedeelde badkamer, matige voorzieningen Kamer smerig, keukenblok vet.Geen koffie aanwezig zoals beloofd. ons indruk was dat een vd twee bedden niet verschoond was. Laminaatvloer in zeer slechte staat. Prijs te hoog voor dit kwaliteitsnivo!

Sehr freundlicher Hotelbetreiber. Habe mich in dem Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage war recht zentrumsnah.

* Zimmer stellenweise sehr verschmutzt * Flecken auf den Teppichen * Matratzen sind durchgelegen und viel zu weich * Eingang wird mit einer Kamera übereacht (innen) * hunderte von Mücken innerhalb des Wohnraumes *eher als Monteurzimmer anzusehen *Romatik = 0

het is een B&B in een woonwijk van Leeuwarden. Voor ons gaf het een huiselijk gevoel. Alle noodzakelijke dingen waren aanwezig en de ontvangst zeer vriendelijk en belangstellend. Bij gelegenheid komen we nog een keer terug.

de rust, de privacy en alles is aanwezig voor een hele redelijke prijs/kwaliteit.

Es ist ein sauberes und großzügig geschnittenes Apartement. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Genau richtig um eine Städtetour und Gemütlichkeit mit einander zu verbinden. Wir waren schon zum zweiten mal dort und würden gerne immer wieder kommen.
