Perfect location - 10 minutes by free fery and you are in central station, from where any place in Amsterdam is easily reachable. Staff very friendly and helpfull, breakfast also OK. Rooms not to big, sound isolation not to good, but it's a ship so got what was expected. Free parking near hotel, silent sleep at night. Rooms should cleaner ir general. Renovation should be planned in near future. |

Our stay was very enjoyable. It was nice to return from the hustle and bustle of a tourist city to the quietness of the Botel. Everything was as expected. |

Liked the fact that it was a boat, had a great view from our window, a good breakfast, liked having a shower/bathroom in the room, enjoyed the ferry ride to it, liked that they let us store our packs one day early while we went on a day trip. No soap in the room. Double bed was two beds pushed together with a hard spot down the middle where they joined. |

It's a good idea to visit Amsterdam, because of it's very near to a free-ferry that bring you in the hearth of the city. Parking is free. The bathroom is too small. |

I liked how friendly all the staff was and how my belongings were respected and not disturbed. I did not like how small the bathrooms were. When on the toilet, I felt as though the sink was in my face the whole time. I also could have used a little more room in the bedroom itself. I also did not like how the hotel moved locations, as it was frustrating to find; especially having to wait 20 minutes at a time to catch the next ferry. |

Very unusual stay. We've got experience with ferries. Breakfast was good. Expensive wifi Internet. No brush at the toilet. |

it was a cool experience to stay on a boat. Lots of parking and only a 10 min boat ride into the center of town. beds were stiff and water in shower ran hot warm cool |

Bar service and prices compared to the rest of central Amsterdam, value for money, relative peace and quiet. Indication on the Botel indicates that it is less than 1 km from the centre of Amsterdam, I assumed this was walking distance not by ferry only. |

The idea of staying in a boat hotal sounded interesting... until I got there. The location is fine and pretty easy to get to and from. My stay there was problematic. I guess one have to be totally positive about being in a boat that shakes so much. I mean, I had never had problems with boats, so I thought, but I got to the Botel Hotel, left my luggage, which took me like 30min or so, then I left to the city. That time I spent in that shaking place was enought to make me feel sick for the remainder of the evening. |

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was better than we would have expected. Given the location of the hotel and the size of the dining room, we thought that if they provided evening meals guests would take advantage of this service. |
