Hyggelig personale, god service, sosialt, god frokost Rommene trenger oppussing, spesielt takene. Burde være et eget aktivitetsrom i tillegg til baren for de som ønsker å slappe av med kortspill, lesing, tv. Og for å gjøre hotellet mer attraktivt burde det absolutt lages en uteplass med sitteplasser og evt. bar |

beliggenhet. Fine parkeringsmuligheter når man kommer med bil til Amsterdam. Bedre rengjøring generelt. har besøkt hotellet tidligere, srandarden har blitt dårligere |

We drove to Amsterdam -- the Botel was easy to find and had free parking. The ferry ride to downtown was easy and the times were convenient. The complementary breakfast was quite good. The bathroom was a little small, and I think the rooms were slightly overpriced. But overall we enjoyed our stay. |

the room was excellent bed comfortable fresh clean towels everyday, breakfast times were really good compared to other hotels and the food was good. good friendly staff. |

Ferry trip across to it. Quiet night. Good breakfast No kettle, no really good restaurant that side of the river, not told about one anyway. Pollux is ok, but not great. |

The unique experience of staying on the water. The original location appeared to be beautiful. It was difficult to locate the correct ferry to get to the boat. We do however understand why the move of the botel due to construction. |

staying on a boat in Amsterdam is a great experience - it was very nice - didn't even mind the very easy ferry shuttle back and forth It would be nice if the hotel staff were more knowledgeable about the area and time schedules - the bar staffer was not nice to deal with at all |

Easy to get to from central Amsterdam. Room was clean & buffet breakfast was good Bathroom was very small. Would be a struggle for big people. Bar service not too good. Only food available was toasties. |
