We are a average sized family hotel, with of long tradition of hospitality. The hotel is perfectly located to explore the area. The hotel is located next to the river the Geul, the tourist information, the shopping center and the bars and restaurant.
All rooms, suite’s and apartments have a view on the river the Geul.
This compact and all-round marl-city offers various attractions, caves, events, historic sites and many restaurants and bars.
Valkenburg is situated in the Geuldal, a very atractive hilly country in the south of Holland. It is an ideal city to relax and enjoy the nature, good food and drinks.
There are many sites to visit, for example the caves (with its yearly christmas markets). There are many outdoor company, which are offering tracks in the nature. Valkenburg has one of Holland oldest castle ruins and in the area more castles can be found.
Would you like to relax and be pampered? Visit the Thermea 2000 on the Cauberg, Or visit the Holland Casino, to gamble and enjoy the view from the Cauberg.

Heel erg vriendelijk personeel. Je voelt je gelijk thuis. Kamers zijn zeer schoon en het restaurant/lounge heel erg gezellig. Het hotel ligt in het centrum dat is wel zo handig want je hebt de auto niet nodig. Zeer aan te raden hotel dus. |

Het ligt dicht bij het centrum en de ontvangst is erg gastvrij. 's-Avonds en 's-nachts lawaaiig op straat, dat is in de kamers aan de voorkant van het hotel wat hinderend. |

Terras buiten was perfekt De kamers waar wij op geplaatst zijn bij aankomst, waren niet in het hotel, maar in een bijgebouw. Erg vuil en stoffig, terras onder ijzeren trap met stoelen op 3 poten, erg gevaarlijk. Stopcontact achter tv open, levensgevaarlijk. Uitzicht op bomen, boomtakken groeiden tegen de ramen aan. Uitzicht nul, we kregen nieuwe kamers aangeboden, die zeker niet in prijskwaliteitverhouding stonden. Ook daar waren de douches weer vuil, zeepresten op de muur. Dit hotel is zeker geen 3 ANWB sterren waard, zoals buiten op de gevel staat. Misschien vroeger wel maar nu niet meer. Beneden in de lounche/bar ziet het er wel netjes uit. Het ontbijt was goed. |

Dat de kamer schoon was,en dat de kamer elke dag werd schoon gemaakt. niet tevreden is een groot woord woord ,maar het ontbijt was een beetje simpel,weinig variatie in broodjes. |

De ligging van het hotel is ideaal, direct in het centrum maar niet boven een druk café zodat je toch nog wat rust had zodra je op je kamer was. Het interieur van het hotel komt op de site vrij modern over. Dit was in werkelijkheid wel heel erg anders met donker houten - meubels. Jammer! Ons betaalde parkeerplaats was helaas ook niet ideaal, je wordt snel klem gezet op de te kleine parkeergelegenheid... Ook moet je niet te veel verwachten van het uitzicht op de Geul. |

La chambre-appartement est grande! Le décor de la chambre est beau et design,la kitchenette et le balcon sont très pratiques. la salle de bains trop petite (surtout la douche), la lumière trop faible dans la salle de bains, pas de lumière dans le petit couloir et la propreté de la chambre |

Het personeel vonden we fantastisch. Heel vriendelijk. De kamer was mooi. Het is er wel gehorig. Vooral de jongeren die midden in de nacht langsliepen na het uitgaan hielden ons op zaterdagnacht wakker. Maar zondagnacht hadden we hier geen last van. |

Het hotel ligt pal in het centrum van Valkenburg en heeft een eigen parking en als die volzet is mag je iets verder op parkeren, volledig gratis.. Het enige waar je kan overklagen is eventueel het geluid overlast van de jeugd die s nachts naar huis gaat.... |

Mooie lokatie prima personeel De kamers komen niet overeen met de plaatjes van internet.De prijs is zeker niet juist met de staat van het hotel. Gehorig slechte badkamer en redelijk onbijt. Met name de variëteit van beleg. kamers sterk veroudert. |
