location, comfortable bed, direct surroundings (quiet), breakfast, restaurant/food was excellent

bathroom was dated and quality of shower etc below what you expect for 170 euro/night

Friendly people at reception desk. Staff in restaurant also friendly but lcould have a better eye for detail.

Qulaity of food did not reflect expectations (price - quality!) but was overall good

We arrived in venlo late at night and found the hotel a little difficult to find but a very kind gentleman we asked for directions allowed us to follow him and he took us right there a very big thank you to this unknown gentleman

The Restaurant in the Hotel is strongly not recommended

It is situated in a very nice area, outside the city and noise, surrounded by woods. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Great breakfast buffet. It is the right place for relaxation or for a romantic trip.

Restaurant: not to many choises in the Menu for a 4-star restaurant. High prices for a small amount of food. Internet connection is available but the price (10 Euro/hour !) is a shame for 21 Century. In a civilized hotel this service is for free.

I had problems to lock and unlock the door in my room nr 115. Suggest to replace keys to for locking doors into plastic cards.

We had a great experience at the Bilderberg Hotel. Staff was helpful and nice. Upon arrival I informed them a cot was needed and within 15 min someone was in our bedroom setting it up and putting on sheets. The hotel surroundings were all we expected peace and nature. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

If anything to say, the bathroom was a bit old.

The facilities represented good value for money with helpful staff and clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was a decent selection too. The surroundings of the hotel were also very rural and pleasant.

There are no direction signs from the main road. You have to cross a railway line into a small side road to locate it. Our Satelite Navigation got us to the point but then it became difficult until we chanced going up the road. The need a sign by the crossing to make it easier to find.

This hotel have good indoor swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast is good enough, both boild egg and half boild egg were prepared, it's very important for my family. Like that caetesy manner you can feel during whole stay.

I smelled something bad inside room at fisrt time and children bed was not prepared even though requested in advance, but you would forget such small thing.
