Enjoy the swimming pool, sauna and the solarium or pamper yourself in the wellness centre. After a massage, body wrap or a facial treatment you will feel totally reborn.

The sports enthusiasts can go biking or play a game of tennis or golf on one of the golf courses in the area. There is also an events field on site in the forest where original outdoor activities can be organized for both big and small groups and young and old people.

Please note that, as from 6 June 2008, the hotel will be entirely non-smoking.

Food & beverage

In De Bovenste Molen restaurant you will have a wide range of choices from the menu. Here you can have dinner as long as you want in a comfortable atmosphere.

And what is a holiday without the Limburg flan? In this spacious lounge with the fragrance of espresso in the air, you won't be able to resist having another piece.

Area information

In the area, the Maasvallei, you will find cosy villages, imposing abbeys and monasteries, and stretched natural areas that are ideal for hiking or cycling routes. The following places are well worth a visit; Castle Gardens in Arcen, Hertog Jan beer brewery in Arcen, Gin Distillery De IJsvogel, thermal baths in Arcen.

Prefer something more active? Golf or fishing are just a few possibilities. For the children a visit to the children's playground "Klein Zwitserland" or attraction park "Toverland" are definitely a recommendation.

Beautiful location, friendly personnel

On the web site is mentioned that all rooms have a bath. I stayed in two different rooms and non had a bath! During breakfast certain aliments would finish and take too long for replacement

Very professional, friendly service (even on my arrival at 11pm on a Sunday night). Incredibly comfortable bed and a quiet room. Fantastic views across the lake as you enjoy a delicious breakfast. I just can't understand why it's not a 5 star.

Air conditioning would have been a huge bonus - the room was quite warm. It also wasn't the easiest place to find in the dark! Breakfast, although delicious, is quite expensive at €19.

Service was slow. There was no air conditioning in the rooms. The hotel was very loud with very thin walls. The resturant was far too expensive for the meals served. Although the suroundings were very nice, it was spoilt by the trains going past at the end of the pond all day.

The surrondings of the hotel were beautiful and very tranquil, the staff were extremely helpful and very polite.I stayed there on business but I would definitely recommend this hotel for pleasure also.

the staff, excellent food, beautiful surroundings and atmosphere

the lack of Air Conditioning was a shock to us, and if I was to recommend this hotel it would be with a warning about the lack of A/C.

Hotel was in a beautiful setting, the atmosphere was very relaxing, the price was excellent and the breakfast was included. We were just passing through the area but would return again for a weekend break.

The shelf-style toilets!!
