Cancellation
If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.50 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 22.50 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Any type of occasion, from important business meetings to intimate dinners and dazzling parties, can be arranged here at the hotel. Particularly suitable for meetings and parties is the beautiful Lounge; equipped with professional communication means and its own facilities including a bar and a separate entrance. We are more than pleased to help create a memorable occasion.
On the first floor, above the Brasserie, is the Repository – formerly a warehouse of the cigar factory. This room is highly suitable for organising informal or private parties, receptions and dinners.
Breakfast:
Served on week days from 07:00 - 10.00.
On Sundays, a super-de-luxe breakfast with a bubbly welcome aperitif is served from 08:00 - 11.00.
Deurne itself also offers many interesting activities. There are numerous shops, outdoor cafés, museums, castle ruins in the park, a beautifully domed church, sports, the lovely scenery and more - all in the direct vicinity of Boutiek Hotel Plein Vijf. Typical of the municipality of Deurne are the many tiny villages, or hamlets. One hamlet that is particular, Veldheuvel, is worth a visit.
Plein Vijf is easily accessible and is conveniently located near main highways and the train station.

very stylish hotel, lovely rooms and very pleasant staff the rooms at the front of the hotel are very noisy at night when the bars on the square are busy. Ask for a room at the back! |

Could have been cleaner up on arrival (looked like noone har stayed in the room lately) Minibar was not filled - we should call for drinks if we wanted anything. A fee would be charged if you did'nt buy over a certain amount. |

Leuke, hippe kamer, professioneel en klantvriendelijk personeel, douche en wc apart, lekker gegeten. Helemaal prima! Ik vond de muziek in het restaurant een beetje hard staan. Zowel 's avonds als 's ochtends. |

uitstekende bedden, goed ontbijt geen enkele info over hotel, dorp, omgeving op de kamer of in de lounge, minibar leeg, bij te vullen met veel rompslomp en extra kosten geen TV- gids daarnaast is dit dorp echt uitgestorven overdag |

Kamer zag er bij uitkomst keurig uit. Modern ingericht, complete kamer met airco. Kamer is niet heel ruim, zeker niet klein. De tweede dag was de kamer niet opgeruimd. Ik moest het personeel even overhalen hier zelf iets aan te doen want met de mededeling dat het huishoudelijk personeel weg was, kon ik natuurlijk niets mee. Uiteindelijk netjes opgelost. |

Een zeer rustig hotel en op een toplocatie.Het hotel was volgens u volgeboekt ik heb daar geen enkele last van gehad.Tijdens het ontbijt wat kleine minpuntjes die direct zorgvuldig opgelost werden. |

Een uitstekend hotel met prachtige design kamers voorzien van sublieme bedden (o.a. 2.10m lang).Een aanrader !!!. Mooi gesitueerd in het centrum van Deurne met gevarieerde terrassen en eetgelegenheden.Kortom: zeer voor herhaling vatbaar!. Niet zozeer negatief: het hotel is per 1 juli 2009 overgenomen door een andere uitbater (met tevens een tweetal hotels in Asten en Helmond). Sindsdien betaald parkeren á 7,50 euro per dag, koelkast op de kamer niet meer gevuld........tja andere eigenaren hebben nu eenmaal andere prio´s......er is mee te leven. |
