Hotellin henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällistä. Aamiaishuone oli viihtyisä. Loungetilassa oli takka ja sen vieressä oli illalla miellyttävä istua. Sijainti oli mitä erinomaisin. Keskustassa, sivukadun varrella jolloin liikenne ei häirinnyt. Kävelymatka juna-asemalta. Itsellä ei ollut autoa mukana, mutta hotellissa olisi ollut myös autotalli käyettävässä. |

the hotel staff was very helpful, the hotel is quiet, neat and well located. My only complaint is that i asked for a double room, instead i got a small room with two small beds. |

Nice bar , very homey lounge area, not cold enough for the fireplace. Nice location quiet street close to transit and restaurants / bars , transit. The breakfast was okay , but could be more varied. |

The hotel staff was very freindly and helpful, we were given a larger room than expected because we had a baby. The breakfast was nice and the service very kind. The location is very central, major attractions are within walking distance. room deco |

Clean, small, family hotel. The arrangement is convenient - near to the center, near to a museum Small, but a convenient room. There is a place for work with laptop. Wi-Fi enters into cost of a room and really works. Cosy cafe, good breakfast. Narrow corridors, ladders, small cabin of the lift. Small shower stall. In a room there is no minibar and air conditioner. In the summer at the open windows in a room there will be mosquitoes |

The location is excellent. Walking distance to museum park, central station and much more. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The buffet breakfast is above average. We stayed in a large room, asked for a quiet location, and were above the garden with a small balcony. Very pleasant. |

Staff: really nice and helpful. Room: clean and comfortable. Location: in downtown, nice restaurants close to the hotel (italian restaurant Lux is great two blocks away). Breakfast: good with a large choice. Price: good value, -5% discount if you pay cash. |

As a disabled guest the ease of the lift was very helpful where the stairs were rather narrow and step. friendliness of all staff. comfy bed. supermarket just round the corner so easy for drinks and snacks. restaurant was not open on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. This meant on our first night we had to go hunting for somewhere nice to have a meal, rather than just relax at the hotel. |

It is so close to Erasmus MC and shopping centers in the city center as well as central train station. No need to pay for transportation. My room was very cold especially in the early mornings. Water taps not comfortable. |
