We were upgraded to a larger room, presumably because the hotel was not full.....breakfast was good.....we liked the location,ie,not too far from main attractions |

Fantastic location as close enough to everything without being in the main tourist drag. A very peaceful hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast! The mirrors above the dressing table aren't practical. You can't see into them whilst sitting down....making application of make up/ drying of hair challenging! |

good size room and cleanliness the stairs could be a problem for people with walking disabilities.we found the skinny bridge apartment fitted our needs well equiped and had a great small balcony it was spacious and clean. night time was quiet and location good would use hotel again in future. |

I especially like the breakfast in the hotel, is the best I ever have in any other hotel in the same price level. staffs in this hotel are really helpful and worm heart. I enjoy my trip in Amsterdam partly cause of this nice hotel. |

The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpfull, the breakfast was good, the Hotel's location is very good and close to all the tourist places of interest. That there is no lift and as we are elderly this was a definite disadvantage since Holland is full of steep unfriendly staircases. |

The breakfast was very good and the room was clean and a good size. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The triple room faces onto the communal bar area - so people can see into your bedroom unless you have the curtains closed and stay in the dark and didn't let air in - not good in summer. There was only one plug-in fan for a triple room. Room not so good in summer, but good in winter. |
