The location was excellent: located at the Amstel, close to the city center and still a quiet spot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. My room didn't have a view at all, or it must have been the spiral staircase were other guests kept on walking up and down. The room's design and gear was not really 3-star like. |

Room was comfortable and good sized. The hotel was quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great hotel, especially for the price. Could have been more water pressure in the shower. The stairs in the lobby are quite steep and narrow. Just something people with mobility issues should be aware of. |

Staff very friendly and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere. Feels like a family run independent hotel rather than chain. Will stay again. At €88 for the night seemed good value and close to centre. No food service outside meal times. Probably difficult for dissability access. |

The room had a lovely view of the canal. Within 10 minute walking distance of Tram/Bus/Metro stops. Within 10 minute walking distance of Utrechtstraat and Rembrandtplein, but other locations are more accessible by public transport. Very silent location. Staff is warm and friendly. Free wireless internet in the hotel. Adjustable heating that actually worked meant we didn't have to freeze in the room. The breakfast had variety and was very satisfactory. The room was a little cramped. There's no mirror except the one in the bathroom and not enough wall sockets to recharge electronics. No heating in the bathroom - it was freezing cold. The bed frames creaked really loud. |

The Bridge was a perfect hotel for our introduction to Amsterdam. Friendly people,smart surroundings, good food and a view of the Amstel and surrounding canals plus everything we needed to visit and enjoy ourselves within walking distance. I could not fault the hotel on anything! |

Good location, not far from the center, but away from the crowd, right on the bank of Amstel. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, good full breakfast. You can have free tea/coffee at the reception whenever you like. As there is no elevator or assistant, you need to take your luggage upstairs yourself on a steepy stairs. |
