Eden Hotel De Broeierd is located on the outskirts of Enschede and only 10 minutes from the lively city center. Enjoy the beautiful nature of Twente by crossing the street of the hotel and you will find yourself in the midsts of the woods. Have a relaxing afternoon of hiking and cycling and visiting the castles, villages and farms. The hotel restaurant is luxuriously decorated to fulfill all your needs.

The hotel restaurant is completely resaturated and is now a cosy Bistro. The Bistro is open every evening from 16.00.
For you breakfast and lunch we would like to welcome you in Brasserie de Bakspieker. During summers the terrace is also open where the chef prepares wonderful meals in the outdoor kitchen.

Hotel information

From as early as 1831, centrally situated between Hengelo and Enschede, stood a coach house, that would later - as a tourist attraction - provide valuable services. Over a century later, this is where you can find Enschede's oldest inn. Though the building was subject to a major interior renovation, it has retained its original character. The hotel part was built in the same Saxon style. There is a beautiful garden terrace situated between blooming plants and century-old trees. In summer, this is ideal for having lunch or for dining.

There are conference facilities for up to 120 people. The rooms are fully-equipped and suitable for management and staff meetings.

Eden Hotel De Broeierd is also renowned for its splendid kitchen and personal attention.

Food & beverage

The hotel comprises stylish rooms for receptions, a 'diner-dansant' or dinner buffet. Three-course menus are served from EURO 28.50 per person.

The hotel comprises 61 luxurious rooms, including 15 splitlevel rooms (livingroom and sitting area are seperated). In addition to listed facilities, all rooms are equipped with entrance security (keycards).

The only negative issue we had was with a staffmember of the restaurant who was a poor judge of character... ( and people's wealth..)

Very friendly staff that understands hospitality. I arrived late after 11 p.m., the kitchen was already closed, but still they served a fresh sandwich when asked for it. I had a comfortable room on ground floor with even a small terrace on the front that enables you to sit outside when the Dutch weather allows you to. Fast (cable) internet available at only €5/hour is great for business as well.

The mini-bar was completely empty, however this was compensated with vending machines in the hall.

Staff were friendly, room was very comfortable with alot of added extras.

The restraurant was quite expensive, maybe a cheaper option to eat.

The rooms are spacious, well layed out and finished to a great standard. The hotel food was also great and the staff helpfull. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone.

Duplex room. Quiet location. Nice Brasserie restaurant.

Average buffet breakfast. No free internet. No Brasserie menu. The room could have been cleaner.

Gunstige ligging en goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding.

Tijdens de onlangs gehouden fc Twente wedstrijd - geen parkeerplek aanwezig. Men zou deze parkeerplekken alleen voor gasten beschikbaarstellen. M.A.W. overlast van voetbalgasten.
