Location, very clean good staff, particularly the barman in the evening, all staff spoke good English. Generally quite in spite of being a city centre location.

Lack of natural light in the bedroom, blame the architect.

you feel safe amd secure in the hotel.

central good walking distance into town center.

Not enough light because of small windows. Would give breakfast a miss if I stayed here again quite expensive.

for our purpose this is our prefered hotel in Groningen

there is still no free internet use in the rooms only in the big lounge

the bar is open until late in the evening; nice when arriving late. the free internet access is very convenient if you just want to have a quick look at something.

The coffeebar that was located on every floor (coffee and tea for free)

The bathtube was a bit brownish, but other than that no.
