It was comfortable, clean and the staff were very helpful. Ideally situated for anyone running the marathon; easy access to the city centre by tram. Breakfast may not suit those that enjoy 'The Full English' |

Friendly staff, and close to tram station. Breakfast was ok, but not four star. Everything was fine on the whole though, and the staff made porridge as a treat for the ones who, like me, were going to run the marathon - very nice! |

As I was running the marathon the location was great. We had a room at the front which was noisy. The room was a bit tired and I felt not great value for money. |

It is available to park on the street around the hotel. But it might be hard to find out the space as it is always busy. |

Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff, hotel exceeded our expectations and was good value. Coffee machine was not working in the bar and the pay tv system was down. |

Hotel was quiet and it was very close to the RAI conference location. also was very close to the # 5 and # 24 tram to the city center The beds need to be replaced with new matteresses, they were very uncomfortable. The desk needs to be larger with more access to electrical power for multiple items such as phone chargers, laptop computers, ipod, etc etc |

The staff was excellent, breakfast fair, The location is a bit too far from the city center. if you want to take a walk... about 45 min to the center. |

I would have enjoyed some fresh fruits at breakfast, which unfortunately were not on the menu. |

The desk staff was very knowledgable of the surrounding areas since I was from another country. I did like everything. |

I wouldn't give it 4* barely 3*; too small, old shakey furniture,no air condition,no mini bar (contrary to your description) breakfast was o.k,it was hard to lift the windw in order to open it, in short maybe recently refurbished but still rubbish! look above |

It was quiet. Rude staff, drab decor, terrible location, over-priced, wifi €22 per day, "room service" was a pizza delivery menu, no tea/coffee facilities |

Well positioned to visit amsterdam, tram stop at 100 mts The room was incredibly small, the staff at reception (with one exception) quite rude, the breakfast at level of a 2 stars hotel (even hot milk was normally unavailable...) |

Good location. Quiet, even elite neighborhood. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rate for one night relatively acceptable (including very essential, but good breakfast). Clean. Hotel needs thorough renovation - creaky wooden floors, thin walls (I could hear normal talking and cough from next room), very worn out furniture. I wonder how could that hotel be categorized as a 4-stars hotel?? |

Cleanliness and comfort of the room. Its not that I didn't like the breakfast, it was ok and it was fresh. I just expected it to be a bigger range of food. |

Near to many of the important museums. Being a bit away from the center of the city has a quiet outside ambiance. Important museums easily accessible by walk/ oublic transport. A bit small. Breakfast average. |

Excellent service: the staff were very friendly and efficient and truly went the extra mile to help all their customers. Hotel is well situated, easily accessible by tram and offers great value for the money. (minor comment) the single room was very small, which was not really clear from the website photos |
