It was quiet. Rude staff, drab decor, terrible location, over-priced, wifi €22 per day, "room service" was a pizza delivery menu, no tea/coffee facilities |

Well positioned to visit amsterdam, tram stop at 100 mts The room was incredibly small, the staff at reception (with one exception) quite rude, the breakfast at level of a 2 stars hotel (even hot milk was normally unavailable...) |

Good location. Quiet, even elite neighborhood. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rate for one night relatively acceptable (including very essential, but good breakfast). Clean. Hotel needs thorough renovation - creaky wooden floors, thin walls (I could hear normal talking and cough from next room), very worn out furniture. I wonder how could that hotel be categorized as a 4-stars hotel?? |

Cleanliness and comfort of the room. Its not that I didn't like the breakfast, it was ok and it was fresh. I just expected it to be a bigger range of food. |

Near to many of the important museums. Being a bit away from the center of the city has a quiet outside ambiance. Important museums easily accessible by walk/ oublic transport. A bit small. Breakfast average. |

Excellent service: the staff were very friendly and efficient and truly went the extra mile to help all their customers. Hotel is well situated, easily accessible by tram and offers great value for the money. (minor comment) the single room was very small, which was not really clear from the website photos |

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful The standards of the room were ridiculous for a 4 stars hotel. I have travelled a lot and used a lot of hotels in different countries. In the Netherlands, you cannot play with the stars ranking like that. This is not more than a 2 star hotel by EU standards. |

cosy breakfast room. close to tramstop. Toilet frequently made gurgeling sounds. Was quite noisy at times. Thin floors - heard upstair neighbours and kids a bit too easily. |

Five star service in a clean, warm comfortable hotel. All the staff where great and I have never had a room in any hotel of any level where the maid folded clothes, put them away, put the cap back on my razor etc The bar area only had one sofa the rest where tables and chairs. After 3 days of trade show standing up more comfortable seats would be good. |

Room was spaceous and well laid out No tea or coffee facilties in your room, but downstairs. I was here to take part in the amsterdam marathon and after a long day I found it an inconvience to have to go downstairs for tea or coffee.. Also the choice at breakfast was a very poor standard compared to the high standards the hotel tried to prortary |

Everything. There were no complaints whatsoever, rooms were clean, comfortable and services were excellent. My room was close to a street light that shone through my window all night. |

Quiet location, convenient offer (but only because it was a special price) Some staff quite cold and distant and not very helpful. Parking is public (on the street) and accepts only coins or Dutch ATM cards. Breakfast selection and hotel furnishings not quite on par to a 4-star experience. No bar on premises. |
