Room was spaceous and well laid out No tea or coffee facilties in your room, but downstairs. I was here to take part in the amsterdam marathon and after a long day I found it an inconvience to have to go downstairs for tea or coffee.. Also the choice at breakfast was a very poor standard compared to the high standards the hotel tried to prortary |

The facilities provided were excellent. The hotel was close to the Venue RAI Conference centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. |

Everything. There were no complaints whatsoever, rooms were clean, comfortable and services were excellent. My room was close to a street light that shone through my window all night. |

Quiet location, convenient offer (but only because it was a special price) Some staff quite cold and distant and not very helpful. Parking is public (on the street) and accepts only coins or Dutch ATM cards. Breakfast selection and hotel furnishings not quite on par to a 4-star experience. No bar on premises. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing maps and directions of the city and how to reach the rai conference centre. Breakfasts were substantial and served from 7.30 A.M. until 10 A.M. so catering for both guests with an early start and those who were on holiday. We even had stollen on Easter Sunday! The hotel was only 10 minutes pleasant walk to both the rai Centre and major museums. I would have liked drink-making facilities in my room so I could make hot drinks late at night. The staff made me teapots with hot water but I would have preferred not to have bother them. |

Very close to tram line going to the center , or Zuid station , friendly staff, good breakfast. They let us check in at 6am when we arrived from airport |

Close to WTC and tram 5. Easy reach to Albert Heijn supermarket. Bath/shower in room. Generally, OK and quite comfortable stay. Good wifi access (though a bit expensive). Hotel staff at breakfast were not very observant. Several guests were sitting, waiting for dirty tables to be cleared but they didn't do anything until asked. Additionally, housekeeping staff varied in time to clean room, from about 9:45am to 4pm! This made it a bit annoying when you just wanted to rest after a hard nights work - I could not find a "DO NOT DISTURB" card in the room and didn't see any other rooms using it; I thought this would be standard in hotels. If you're out most the day, then none of the above should matter, however I was working late nights... I was on third floor and had a balcony, but the doors were quite noisy when it was windy - could also feel a cold draft in the mornings. |
