The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds in my rooms. The first room had a bed that sunk in the middle realy bad and I could not sleep on it. The staff gave me a second room thatwas jsut as bad but I just stayed there as I did not want to switch rooms again. |

Goede kussens. We hadden de minder validekamer geboekt, waarover we zelfs nog gebeld hadden naar het hotel. Deze zouden ze vrij houden. Op de dag van aankomst hadden ze deze aan een andere gast gegeven. De volgende dag zouden we deze kamer wel krijgen. De douchestoel was een stoel van buiten die ook nog eens erg vies was. Eten was ook zeer slecht. |

De bejegening door het personeel, zowel balie als restaurant. Bijzonder hulpvaardig. Zorg voor de gasten en hun spullen (in ons geval electrische fietsen) |

De rust, de ligging van het hotel, snelle bediening er kan wat meer aandacht besteed worden aan de gast, het bedienend personeel is attent maar kan wat vriendelijker zijn, er mag soms wel gelachten worden. Het komt nogal zakelijk en afstandelijk over. Over de rest geen klagen. |
