The breakfast was very good, even as the nice view from the top floor. It was very warm inside the room and there was no possibility to lower the temperature. |

The parking lot is very dark at night and the parking bays are extremely tight. There clearly is not any kind of supervision as my car was broken into during the night. There is a sign that one parks at his/her own risk, but it is not visible at night as the lot is barely lit and the sign is just about overgrown with leaves and shrubbery. |

I liked the flat screen tv in the bedroom and the staff were friendly and helpful in most areas. We arrived on Sunday evening with no food being served in the hotel. We had travelled all day so we were quite tired and wanted some hot food. The rooms were extremely basic, I would not rate this as a four star hotel. I would compare this hotel to the Pennsylvania hotel in New York which is a two star hotel. |

The hotel is of the expected quality, located in the city centre. Nothing serious to complaint. Some information are rather poor; for example the safe box instructions should be corrected in all languages. |

meerdere malen al bezocht, het bevalt goed, de ligging en parkeermogelijkheden zijn perfect, maar...... .....1) de verlichting is matig, bovendien was de lamp in het halletje (boven de deur) kapot. Dus maken s.v.p. 2) in de doucheruimte zouden een of twee haken voor handdoek of kleding niet misstaan. |

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk, het ontbijt was uitgebreid. De parkeermogelijkheden waren goed en het was prettig dat we op de dag van vertrek de auto konden laten staan. De kamer was aan de warme kant, eigenlijk bovenmatig warm om goed te slapen. Dit terwij de radiatoren dicht stonden. Wij hebben geen mogelijkheid kunnen ontdekken om een raam open te zetten. |

Kamer vond ik simpel maar keurig en netjes, leuk aangekleed ook. Had ik niet verwacht toen ik de flat-achtige hal door liep. Was een meevaller, na het lezen van wat negatieve reacties op de site. Het hotel zelf is wat gedateerd inderdaad, maar kamers zijn prima. Beneden verdieping (receptie/restaurant) kunnen wel een oprfris beurt gebruiken. Werden geholpen door een stagiaire, wat niet helemaal vlekkeloos ging maar dat was niet erg. |

De zwartwitte gordijnen en strook op het bed vond ik erg decoratief. Het bed sliep prima! Het uitzicht is erg leuk. Jammer, dat het ontbijt niet inclusief was. |

De klantvriendelijkheid tijdens telefoongesprekken. Het ontbijt was prima. Omdat ik eerder in Enschede verplichtingen had, mocht ik mijn auto eerder op de parkeerplaats zetten! Het niet hebben van een rookruimte! |
