To be avoided! This place doesn't qualify as a four star hotel at all. The slightly run down look and feel may be forgiven, but the fact that this place doesn't have air conditioning makes it unsuitable for staying during summer. We experienced the hottest and dampest night ever in a hotel. And the reaction of the hotel staff after complaining was'nt exactly helpful: we can't help it. Of course you can, just provide your rooms with air conditioning. Apart from this major flaw this hotel is devoid of any charm and has a rather depressing Eighties feel. Lack of air conditioning, unfriendly staff. |

The proximity of the hotel to the city centre, train station and all the bus lines was very convenient for those traveling without their own vehicle. I would sat that the only drawback of tis particular hotel was the fact that there is no air conditioning and only 1 tiny transom window that can be opened and we were there in a heat wave when temperatures were in the 30`s. |

Fast check-in, good view over the city, quiet location as most rooms are on the 12th floor or higher. Rooms were small and ugly with cheap furnishings. The cheapest products were provided in the bathroom. The breakfast was overpriced. This is very far from being a 4 star hotel.....I would say more of a 2 star. |

very convenient location as in walking distance to mainstation.Room and bathroom was clean. Restaurant area and bar quite nice.Fríendly staff. Lobby aera too dark. Reception desk closed, small alternative reception in restaurant area.floors look more like a studenthome than hotel. breakfast far too expensive. Would not rate this as a four star hotel unless a flat screen TV is suffcient to rate as such. |

The parking lot is very dark at night and the parking bays are extremely tight. There clearly is not any kind of supervision as my car was broken into during the night. There is a sign that one parks at his/her own risk, but it is not visible at night as the lot is barely lit and the sign is just about overgrown with leaves and shrubbery. |

I liked the flat screen tv in the bedroom and the staff were friendly and helpful in most areas. We arrived on Sunday evening with no food being served in the hotel. We had travelled all day so we were quite tired and wanted some hot food. The rooms were extremely basic, I would not rate this as a four star hotel. I would compare this hotel to the Pennsylvania hotel in New York which is a two star hotel. |
