Hotel muy tranquilo y céntrico. Habitación relativamente amplia. Personal muy atento y agradable. Hacen la limpieza de la habitación a las 14h aproximadamente. Dado que nosotros íbamos con un bebé que debía dormir la siesta, la limpieza no se hizo ninguno de los 3 días que estuvimos allí. |

The rooms were tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful with all aspects of my stay. The location was terrific. I was most impressed with the cleanliness and impeccable condition of the entire hotel. My only complaint was one, and only one, of the evening concierge lacked knowledge of the tram times. I purchased a one day tram pass so I could take it to the airport based on his information on the tram running times. When I went down to check out I was told I was given the wrong information and then had to pay more for a very expensive taxi ride to the airport. |

is central, easy to walk around i had my window broken, I asked to be fixed or change the room, but nothing happen. I had to stay with tape fixing my window on 2 grC .. even if I complain , they even dont apologise for this. |

The beds were very comfortable. Also the position of the hotel meant that you were centered in the city but it was in a quiet spot. Great for getting a good nights sleep after spending the day exploring. |

the hotel staff especially all of the concierge were excellent, friendly and extremely helpful. Would have been nice to have had a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also would have preferred glasses as opposed to plastic cups in the room |

Very central hotel- so great location. Also, the superior room we had overlooking the Amstel was very comfortable and very clean - lovely bathroom and very large bed. Room service would have been nice |
