Eli jos tekniikkaa luvataan, sitä pitää pystyä myös tarjoamaan. Kylpyhuoneen lattiakallistukstet päin prinkkalaa, vesi tuli suoraan vessan puolelle, kun ritilä ei vetänyt. |

For a small amount, I was upgraded to an executive suite with a river view. We were allowed to store milk for our baby in the bar refrigerator. Concierge gave excellent recommendations for a side trip to Haarlem and Zandvoort. Luggage was brought up to our room without charge. Housekeeping went out of their way to keep our room clean and stocked. The light-up tullip headboard was a very nice touch I had no idea how to call the reservation desk. The phone had absolutely no instructions or "speed dial" buttons. |

The locaion was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the room was very nice, in particular the beds were very comfortable. The window of our room faced inside and the view was not very nice. |

It's close to the center. If you like action, nearby Rembrandt Plain is a great place to go. Next tram station is within 2 min. walk. The room was extremely small and dark. There was a tiny window to some sort of alley, so the room got hardly any natural light. The hotel staff was shortspoken, but responded to all requests. Considering the price I wouldn't recommend the hotel. |
