Amrâth Grand Hotel Theater Gooiland

Kettle in order to have a bup of coffe in the early morning. Breakfast was formidable.

The noise from the fraffic! The curtains had hole in it. And the promised wifi internet did not work in the room that we payed for!

The hotel is an Art Deco monument. The Japanese restaurant is an excellent place to eat. Breakfast good.

The location is perfect; right in the center of Hilversum

Staff was pleasant and eager to help.

That it's located in the centre of Hilversum. The employee at the reception desk was very friendly.

I do not consider this hotel as a 4 stars hotel in comparison to others. The interior is very old and looks used. The descriptions on booking.com and on the hotel's website are not up-to-date (the terrace for example is not existing anymore). The breakfast was not 4-stars aswell.

Nothing stands out - but everything was satisfactory

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfasts were very expensive, especially as we only had coffee and cereal. We felt the price for this was much too high.

The sound insulation of the windows is very poor. They are not even double glass!! Furthermore, the room looked shabby. Wall paper loosening, the small round table was not stable and had a hole in it. The hotel, although 4 stars need certainly some revamping/refresshing.
