That it's located in the centre of Hilversum. The employee at the reception desk was very friendly. I do not consider this hotel as a 4 stars hotel in comparison to others. The interior is very old and looks used. The descriptions on booking.com and on the hotel's website are not up-to-date (the terrace for example is not existing anymore). The breakfast was not 4-stars aswell. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very expensive, especially as we only had coffee and cereal. We felt the price for this was much too high. |

The sound insulation of the windows is very poor. They are not even double glass!! Furthermore, the room looked shabby. Wall paper loosening, the small round table was not stable and had a hole in it. The hotel, although 4 stars need certainly some revamping/refresshing. |

The friendliness of the person at the reception The picture and description of the hotel did not match the current status of the hotel. While the hotel is said to have 4 stars, this should not be the case: really old, the window could not be closed, the door handle was broken, etc. |

Dat we aankwamen lag er zand in de kamer. Dit is binnen een mum van tijd opgeruimd. We vonden de kamer iets te eenvoudig voor een 4* hotel maar ontevreden is hiervoor niet het goede woord. De kosten voor een 3persoonskamer was dan ook niet de kosten voor een 4* kamer. |

De beveiliging was prima. Ook de tijden van inchecken waren voor ons positief. Ontbijttijden waren uitstekend en sloten aan op onze activiteiten. Ondnaks het fiet dat er sprake was van een goede keuze in broood, was het jammer dat de broodjes niet warm waren. Ook niet vanaf het begin van de ontbijttijden. Minder keuze in vruchtensappen helaas. De kamers waren ouderwets en de vloer kraakte. Bovendien was er sprake vanachterstallig onderhoud in de badkamer. |

Mooie kamer, proper en het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Mijn werknemers waren uiterst tevreden. Het ontbijt was goed, maar wanneer er een groep opdaagde moest men zeer snel zijn om nog iets te hebben......... Kwam je na de groep was er bijna niets meer, dus sneller bijvullen.......... |
