Very pleasant hotel staff. Room decor rather dated but clean. Very Good value for money. Parking was available but no obvious car parking entry from the road. |

The reception staff were very helpful and when I requested extra pillows and blankets ensured that that happened. Although I mentioned to the helpful reception staff that the light by my bed was not working, it was not mended, so I could not read. The room was very dark and needed more light |

Nice and cheap and fairly local to where I needed to go for my meeting. Major problem with the shower that leaked everywhere, but I have stayed here 3 times previously and this was the first issue I have had. |

The hotel is nice and clean, breakfest is fantastic. The staff is helpful. Location is perfect, just in down centre. Only thing I would say is- that the receptionist should not call 4.00am in the morning and ask if we want wake up call. Also the same floor we stayed, was big party group that came in 4 in the morning and were loud and noise till 9 am. I would stay in the hotel again, just small thing that should be fixed. |

Location Parking. Its bad enough to be charged extra for parking but when you are unable to move your car in the morning its a bit rich. Selfish parking by other customers resulted in a 90 min delay to our days activities. |

I liked the fact that hotel has a great location a good breakfast buffet, the rroms are clean and most of the staff speaks english. The things I didn't like: the price of the internet per 24 hours (to expensive), old furniture in the room, not enough lights in the room, no refrigerator, not enough parking places in front of the hotel. |

Staff pleasant, polite and helpful. Location very good, really close to town center. no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. You have to pay to stay in the hotels private car park €8. Breakfast not included in the rate. Costs €15 |

The room was excellent, the staff was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable, and the price was very reasonable. The location was perfect for us, also. It could be very difficult to park sometimes, and it would've been nice to have access to a spa of some kind, but that would be all. |

Very convenient well sign posted. Friendly multi lingual staff. Good breakfast and restaurant. We were lucky to get very good hot weather but the rooms were not air conditioned and were sweltering over night. |

Most of all we liked the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. We liked the very extensive breakfast options. The rooms were very light and airy. The hotel needs new markings for cars in the carpark. There was also not enough parks for the hotel when it was booked full. Giving alternative parking options in such a situation would be our recommendation. |

I'd love to stay at this hotel again. And I will the next time I'm in Heerlen. It was convenient, clean, and warm. I'd recommend it to anyone. The staff was great. |

it was conveniently located nearby the train station, the hotel room is big and clean it is quite old and not recently renovated, but as long as the rooms are clean, I do not care |
