Mycket tjänstvillig och kunnig personal. Trivsam lobby och bar-miljö.Bra läge nära tågstation och bussar. Vacker solnedgång. Det var för lite med endast tillgång till en enda dator för hela hotellets gäster - det blev kö och ibland fungerade inte anslutnigen. |

The staff were very cheerful, friendly, outgoing and helpful. May God bless them. Cold foods and drinks were unbearably cold. Perhaps you could arrange to have some drinks kept at room temperature (where room temperature implies around 20 deg C to cater for the needs of clients from warmer tropical countries. |

Located one or two minutes (walking) from the Hengelo train station. Equally close to shopping and restaurants. Really good breakfast buffet. Courteous, knowledgable, english proficient staff. High speed internet included with room. Free, english language tv channels are very limited. |

The bathroom was really nice: a good bath and shower and great shower gel/bath foam. Not very luxurious compared to the price and very dry climate in the room. We did not sleep well because of this. |

The staff were absolutely amazing. I had lost the key to my luggage and they went out of their way to sort it out for me within a few minutes of my arrival. They definitely go the extra mile! |

Very large and comfortable room, nice style, sympatic staff, good selection for breakfast. No parking - you need to pay 14 Eur a day at a close by garage. Air- condition system in the room is not possible to reulate, and it soon bcame too cold. Very strange and silly arrangement. |

Staff were more than accommodating - very helpful going extra mile often to meet any request. Good internet. Good Food. Great Location. With the new Dutch bike routes marked the location is right in the middle of a great place to be. Asking the staff for "extras" and they often found ways to help. (Place to park bikes etc). No air con. Room was a little warm but windows open. |

A very "funky" hotel with themed floors (art industry theatre etc.). Beautiful rooms, very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast with plenty of variety. |

We arrived late on Tuesday evening after the restaurant had closd but the Bar manager was still able to arrangea plate of BitteBal for us to satisfy our hunger. Well done Yes , myself and another party member had trouble with door keys losing the stored data then not allowing room entry, until one had returned to the desk to have the key recoded. This is a minor but irritating inconvenience. |
