excellent location, near central station, only 25 minutes to Amsterdam, GOOD breakfast! Unfortunately my room was very small and old. It Is not a 4*!!! |

We were upgraded to better room as they were quiet period for same price after complaing we expected and requested room with sea view. Evening menu was just table d'hote not a la carte as preferred. Staff were over busy with party tables. |

good location, friendly staff expensive outside parking, very old building, old furniture, cheap mattresses, energy saving lamps from ikea, extremely thin walls and thus noisy rooms, small breakfast buffett |

he location was good as we were there for the KLM Open. The staff were friendly and polite. This is advertised as a four star property, it was more like two star. It was quite old fashioned my room was tiny with a single bed and smelt of smoke and the bathroom constantly smelt of sewarage. The breakfast was very basic, however looking around Zandvoort I could not see much to rival this. |

Close to the beach and breakfast was good The hotel is 'tired' / needs renovation. The rooms are really tiny and they are like saunas when the sun shines. No airco. On booking.com It says 4star hotel, this is questionable. |

Nice and large room, with lots of space. Nice view (we had a room on the leftwing, but we could see the ocean. It all looked a bit old, and worn out. |

hotel ligging goed, personeel was vriendelijk , kamers waren goed schoon en schoongemaakt, parkeer gelegenheid prima. Helaas zaten we op 1ste etage en ons uitzicht op parkeerplaats was een tegenvaller maar veel zijn we niet op kamer geweest. |

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt und das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Gebäude ist mittlerweile renovierungsbedürftig und versprüht keinen sonderlichen Charme. |

ontbijt was goed en bij prijs inbegrepen. We kwamen om 21.30 aan en in het hotel was niets meer van eten te krijgen.Kamer was erg klein, badkamer superklein en uitzicht viel ook tegen. |

Personal sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Lage des Hotel, gleich am Strand und Bahnhof 5 Minuten zu Fuss....Mit der Bahn von Zandvoort nach Amsterdam 30 Minuten und sehr gute Zugverbindung. |

Sauber und sehr nah zum Bahnhof von dem 30min. ein Zug nach Haarlem und amsterdam fährt. Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet man normalerweise etwas mehr konfort und zumindest einen schönen aufenthaltsraum. Beim Frühstück waren Wurst und Käse bereits leicht "angetrocknet" - kurz Frühstücksbuffet habe ich für weniger Geld schon deutlich besser gesehen. |

Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Ontbijt ruim voldoende. Qua ligging zijn 4 sterren waard. Het hotel is oud en de kamers zijn piepklein. Zeezicht vrijwel nihil omdat het raam slechts op een kier open kon en de ramen vol zoutaanslag zaten. Minibar bevat slechts twee flesjes water, maar kan op verzoek worden gevuld. Had graag een kop koffie gedronken, maar dan moet je bij de receptie om een koffiezetter vragen. Qua ligging en vriendelijkheid een viersterrenhotel, maar voor de rest is twee sterren reeeler. |

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption und im Restaurant Im Restaurant eines 4 Sterne Hotels, welches schon nur ab 18:00 Uhr geöffnet hat, würde ich zumindest eine kleine Auswahl an Speisen erwarten. Dass hier nur 1 Drei-Gänge-Menue angeboten wurde ohne jede alternative finde ich absolut ungenügend! |
