Best Western Amsterdam Airport Hotel Uithoorn  

Good room, good breakfast, especially for the low price (do make reservation via internet though, via phone is more expensive)

Nothing, it is a big disappointment

This trip is my worst experience in Best Western Holtel chains. At end of my stay, the hotel overcharged me for 500 euros. I booked 2 twin rooms and a 4-person family room, bot only received 3 twin rooms, and at end of my stay, still has to pay for the 4 person room that I never received. Other problem of hotel: 1 personel are poorly trained, on first night of stay, my company fro China called me 10 times and the reception couldn't transfer the call to my room. At the end receiption even hang down the phone impolitely. what a poor service. 2. rooms are cold (12 degrees in the night), heating does not work well.

They had no record of my booking, fortunately I had taken a copy of booking.com's confirmation and, fortunately again, they had one room left.

I was born in the Nhetherlands and like to pick up some Dutch items like licorice, speculaas, etc. at the end of our vacation. Your hotel is close to the airport and close to a shopping center where I can find the wanted items. We enjoy walking and the hotel gives us the opportunity to walk to the town center. When leaving in the morning it is very close to Schiphol for returning our car and checking in for our flight home.

The fact that you now charge for parking. We had free parking when we stayed there last time.

The staff

The location is far from airport and is not worth calling Airport hotel, the bus took over 1hr after a change. The beds are too soft, bathroom was small, overall all furniture was cheap and not very pleasing or comfortable, also it is on other side of Amsterdam airport making it in fact farther fro the city

I liked the pleasant and helpful staff at the reception, my quiet room and no problems with water supplies.

I didn't like the absence of a fridge/mini bar, the absence of kettle and quite a limited variety of food for breakfast.

Wij hadden 2 kamers gehuurd waarvan de een veel mooier en beter onderhouden was dan de andere.. Toch betaalden wij voor beide hetzelfde bedrag.. Vind ik eigenlijk niet heel netjes..

Geen goede punten.

Restaurant was dicht voor een privé feest (dit had men kunnen laten weten) en ik had dit Hotel genomen wegens de mogelijkheid hier ook te dineren. Kamer was minimaal, geen verduisterende gordijnen en er kwam veel licht van de straatverlichting. Hotel duidelijk toe aan een grote onderhoudsbeurt.

Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeer goede bedden!!

Naar mijn mening mag de buitenkant van het hotel wel een opknapbeurt krijgen, geeft een ietwat verkeerde indruk met hoe het er van binnen uitziet. Verder is het voor ons een ideaal hotel!!

Ruime nette kamer, hadden wel een upgrade naar een familie kamer omdat het hotel verder volgeboekt was

Beperkte keuze bij het later aanschuiven bij het ontbijt

Bereikbaarheid

Restaurant op zondag gesloten en weinig anders in de buurt. Wat mij het meest ergerde was dat er mij 7 euro geteld werd om mijn auto er 1 nacht te parkeren(men zal er mij niet meer terugzien)

ruime kamer, ideaal gelegen voor ons doel (SYTYCD)

ontbijtbuffet was eerder beperkt (vb geen croissants)
