Imposing facade, magnificent staircase, everything well maintained, cannot comment re breakfast as I was out very early. |

The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and the location is superb - the entree is characteristic. At 11pm we did not find any staff at either the bar or the reception - someone seemed to respond from a basement behind the reception but nevertheless did not seem to be in hurry so we gave up... |

Beautiful central settting, good food and great terrace for eating outside The Royal Suite I stayed in was badly lit, and only 1 small window. In addition there was no air condiitoning and as the room is on the top floor in the roof - it was very hot at night. The hotel supplied ineffective fans, but really additional skylights and air conditioning should be provided |

it is in the center of the city have to go up or down stairs to take elevator...not so convenient when you have luggage. The room was VERY small. Didn't xpect that. They should put a picture or info about those small narrow- rooms. |

The hotel is well located (close by the centre), has a good restaurant and charm. The rooms are e bit small and not so confortable rooms a bit small and toilet shower splashing water |

de gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel gaven ons het gevoel welkom te zijn, de uitstraling van het hotel gaf ons het gevoel er even uit te zijn. |

Rustige, warme ontvangst op een makkelijk te vinden, prachtig gelegen locatie op nog geen paar minuten van het centrum van een heel mooie stad de eenpersoonskamers zijn tamelijk klein en sober in relatie tot de prijs. Sommige electronische sleutels haperen nogal |

de locatie is echt super qua ligging tov het centrum. De aangesloten brasserie is een aanrader voor heerlijk eten voor een goede prijs De kamer was erg klein. De hoogte van de kamer was veel te laag. Je moest namelijk in bad douchen, waarbij ik (1.90m) met het hoofd het plafond raakte |

De ligging van het hotel en het eten in de brasserie zijn goed. De kamers zijn dringend aan renovatie toe. Inrichting ongezellig. De badkamer is belachelijk klein en basic. We hadden twee kamers die op een blinde muur uitkeken. Ontbijt was chaotisch, aanvullen verliep veel te traag. |

Vriendelijk personeel. Prima kamer voor en gezellige ontbijtruimte met grote zwart-wit fofo's van het personeel op Zutphense locaties. Mooi.Een kasteelachtig onderkomen aan een schattig pleintje in historisch Zutphen. |

Prettig hotel, ziet er goed uit en ligt midden in het oude centrum. Kamer goed, maar standaard. Badkamer slecht. Thermodouchekraan geblokkeerd op spaar, waardoor er maar weinig water uit komt. Handdoucheglijstang aan de onderkant los. Zeepdispenser leeg. Wifi werkt niet. Kluisje niet aanwezig. Aangboden Air Miles (in hun folder) niet kunnen krijgen (niet aangesloten op 'systeem'). |
