it is in the center of the city have to go up or down stairs to take elevator...not so convenient when you have luggage. The room was VERY small. Didn't xpect that. They should put a picture or info about those small narrow- rooms. |

Location was perfect. Beautiful building. Breakfast was too expensive and not included in the standard rates. |

The hotel is well located (close by the centre), has a good restaurant and charm. The rooms are e bit small and not so confortable rooms a bit small and toilet shower splashing water |

It is an historical building, with lovely public areas and rooms. The breakfast was good. The very ordinary rooms. We had expected luxurious rooms. I had requested a double bed and the room we had been given was far too small for two people and luggage. It was even too small for a single person. We contacted Reception who confirmed the rooms were the kind provided via Internet booking. They were able to offer us a larger, twin-bedded room, which suited us better. |

Netjes verzorgd hotel dat voldeed aan onze wensen. Midden in het centrum van Zutphen een prachtige stad in een mooie omgeving waarvoor we nog eens terug zullen komen. |

Het is fantastisch dat er 1-persoonskamers zijn. Ging voor de verjaardag van een familielid, die Hotel Eden recommandeerde, had tegelijkertijd echt het gevoel er even uit te zijn, het restaurant is prima. Ik weet zeker dat ik er weer zal komen. De ambiance is heel prettig. Ach niet tevreden, ik vind in verhouding tot de kamerprijs het ontbijt nogal aan de dure kant, is er niet iets te bedenken dat er verschil is tussen kleine ontbijters of grote. Het lawaai s'morgens is wel pittig in de straat aan de achterkant van het hotel. Ik zal b.v. voortaan om een rustige kamer vragen. |

Ik vond de ontvangst erg prettig, erg vriendelijk personeel. Dat ik bij de afrekening apart voor het ontbijt moest betalen, terwijl ik dacht dat we met ontbijt hadden gereserveerd. Het ontbijt was erg duur, nml.16,50 p.p.Ik dacht goedkoop uit te zijn. |
