The hotels location is right next to the train and bus stop which made it perfect for traveling to our concert.

Low budget looking, but not overly expensive because of it. It could use some updating.

Staff was really friendly and helpful, the best service for reasonable price. Breakfasts were rather good. The hotel strongly deserves its 3 stars. Clean and comfortable. We liked it. It was also pleasant to have cookies, tea and coffee in our room every day. The metro station is 2 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

They don't change towels every day. If you want fresh towels, you should ask at the reception.

Location near the metro which gave very convenient access to the city, but with the peace and quiet of an urban setting. The park and the lake were beautiful even in the midst of snow and rain - The easy going atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant ( the sitting area could be a bit more confortably designed). Most staff very helpful and friendly

The lack of meat/fish free alternative meals suitable for vegetarians. The kitchen was unable/unwilling to provde anything except for a pizza one evening which was in the event not very palatable. An evening when the hotel & restaurant were almost empty the kitchen staff and the waitress seemed to lose interest. The restaurant was unstaffed for long periods to the extent that the reception was asked to remind the waitress that the starter was still unserved after an extended period. The chef said the main course was ready to serve. Consequently the chips were brown and overcooked with a medium rather than rare steak when it arrived. Such a shame when the first evening's meal was so promising that we decided to eat in the hotel for the last evening rather than in the city. We did mention the problem on leaving the next day and I believe our complaint was recorded

It was right next to the metro and bus stop. The metro was on a direct line to centraal station. The staff were fantastic, including letting us check out a few hours later with no problems, and it was great price wise for what we wanted. We chose it for location and price and got everything we wanted and better!

It was close the the customer I was visiting, had free wifi and Parking.

The rooms are a bit old but still well maintained.

Gina and the team make me feel welcome every time I stay. My flight was cancelled and my 2nd flight was delayed four hours, so I missed dinner and check in. I e-mailed the hotel from my mobile and they kept my room and also a pizza for dinner when I finially arrived.

Nothing, I can only recommend it.

too expensive for what it was which was ok - but almost 75 euro a night is ridiculous for this hotel

The hotel is quite nice and clean. The staff were all really nice and helpful. The location, while a very long way out of town, is right near a metro stop so it is easy to access Amsterdam center.

Rooms were a little small but comfortable.

The Hotel is 2 mins away from the metro station - 20 mins and you're in the centre. The room was pretty comfortable and clean, big bed, tv, tea-coffee etc. There is a nice park not far from the place. And wi-fi is available everywhere in the hotel.

There was no hairdryer in the room. Not a big problem, but good to know beforehand so you can pack it. or maybe to ask for it at the reception.

Convenient access to Amsterdam with free parking. Good value for money. Food (dinner) good.

Room slightly cramped. Could have provided more milk for use with tea/coffee. Would have preferred crockery cups rather than paper. Would have helped to have had a TV channel guide available.

It is very conveniently close to the metro! And there's a beautiful park nearby that I unfortunately did not look at.

The ventilation was very noisy, and the floor was ok, but could have been cleaner. Breakfast was not included in the price.

Even the hotel does not look very nice outside, the rooms are actually nice. The subway is right next door so it's convenient. But it still takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the city center.

This hotel had everything that we wanted including bathtub and tea making facilities. The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. For the price we couldn't fault it.
