Restaurant was good Room was small, noisy (close to street) and was separated from hotel entrance/restaurant with own entrence at ground level. Felt insecure. |

Bathoom was big. Tables were not set for breakfast, crumbs on table. Smoke alarms were disabled in my room and my non-smoking room had been occupied by smokers the night before so the room reeked of smoke. Housekeeping staff apparently did not notice the disabled smoke alarms. |

The staff was wonderfully helpful with transportation information, telephoning, being available. Lovely group of young women. The breakfast is splendid. Bathroom immaculate. The location of the hotel was a severe disappointment, too far from center, though you listed it as CIty Centre. A taxi ride of 20 euros to get there, or a train ride and walk of 20 minutes necessary. Need a car to stay there. In Paris your Campanile is near the Marais; I expected similar closeness to center of Rotterdam. |

friendly and helpfull staff. good housekeeping. price for breakfast was a little high as it was the same if you had toast and tea or a full fry up. (me...big eater... the wife slice of toast only) |

Vriendelijk personeel, er was veel mogelijk. Op zaterdagochtend één medewerker voor zowel receptie als ontbijt. Door onvoldoende toezicht werd het ontbijtbuffet door andere gasten leeggeroofd bij wijze van lunchpakket, waardoor er voor anderen niets meer was. |

Het personeel was uitermate behulpzaam en meedenkend. Prima. Koffiefaciliteit op de kamer ook prima. Alles was netjes schoon. De kamer was heel klein. 2 houten stoelen, geen mogelijk even lekker op je kamer te zitten. Ontbijt niet inbegrepen. De totale kosten van bijna 100 euro per nacht per kamer zijn veeeeeeeel te hoog. Staat in geen verhouding. De kamer is erg warm. Om 23.00 uur werden wij uit het restaurant verdreven omdat de boel dicht ging. |

de trapleuningen buiten op de tweede verdieping waren smerig, het ontbijt super slecht, oud brood, de koffie stond al min. 1 uur in een glazen pot, niet te drinken ,,alleen de lucht al.als klap op de vuurpijl vroeg ik een gebakken ei, helaas hadden ze die niet, toen vroeg ik een gekookt ei, en die hadden ze ook niet, nooit van m.n leven zoiets meegemaakt,ik reis al 40 jaar de wereld rond,maar dit slaat alles,ook lieten ze m,n ontbijt van € 10. |
