Nice hotel located just outside city centre ( 5-10 minutes by car ) Staff in general friendly. The rooms could be cleaner. The shower curtain makes a bad smell and the toilet looked like it didnt get cleaned that often. Breakfast too expensive in comparison to the room prices ( 12 euro per person for breakfast ) |

Cleanness and condition of room (nr. 8) was very bad. Especially the bathroom was extremly dirty and several fitments were broken. Sauberkeit und Zustand des Zimmers (Zimmernr. 8) waren extrem schlecht. Viel defekte Einrichtung und massive Verunreinigungen v.a. im Badbereich. |

The rate is very good. They did not bother to clean/tidy the room during our 2 night stay. While we were having our breakfast, the cleaning lady was already cleaning the floor not so far from where the guests were sitting. The barman had to double up as a receptionist in the evening,so we had to wait a while to get a drink because he was checking in people. He was rushed of his feet. They seem to be economising, which means cutting back on staff? which means that the overall standard is slipping, which is a shame. We have stayed there many times, and seen the gradual lowering of the standard. |

The large parking, the hotel area very calm and the restaurant on premises. The hotel wanted a make a garanty with my credit card I did not want but they insisted. The reservation made already have garanty. I was very tired so I decided to go first to the restaurant but the staff did not notice me for 10 minutes. I have to ask the barman to sit somewhere. When I arrived at the bedroom after the dinner, I discover the room was not made. |

we hebben hier al meer keren een nacht gelogeerd omdat wij familie in Breda hebben niet ver van dit hotel en we zijn steeds zeer tevreden (alleen logies en ontbijt) |

Le calme dans la chambre. Des grosses fourmis à l'intérieur de la chambre. Pas d'air- co et vu la forte chaleur, c'était tout juste supportable. Le buffet du matin, si vous n'y aller pas pour 7h00 du matin, à 8h00 il n'y a presque plus rien et il leurs faux un temps foux pour réaprovisionné. Pour un hôtel d'une chaîne internationnal, le personnel ne parle pas ou une seul personne ce débrouille en francais. |
