Cleanness and condition of room (nr. 8) was very bad. Especially the bathroom was extremly dirty and several fitments were broken. Sauberkeit und Zustand des Zimmers (Zimmernr. 8) waren extrem schlecht. Viel defekte Einrichtung und massive Verunreinigungen v.a. im Badbereich. |

The rate is very good. They did not bother to clean/tidy the room during our 2 night stay. While we were having our breakfast, the cleaning lady was already cleaning the floor not so far from where the guests were sitting. The barman had to double up as a receptionist in the evening,so we had to wait a while to get a drink because he was checking in people. He was rushed of his feet. They seem to be economising, which means cutting back on staff? which means that the overall standard is slipping, which is a shame. We have stayed there many times, and seen the gradual lowering of the standard. |

Everything. The hotel room smelled, the bed was terrible, the pillows and duvet seemed old. Bathroom was very old and shower curtain dirty. |

The large parking, the hotel area very calm and the restaurant on premises. The hotel wanted a make a garanty with my credit card I did not want but they insisted. The reservation made already have garanty. I was very tired so I decided to go first to the restaurant but the staff did not notice me for 10 minutes. I have to ask the barman to sit somewhere. When I arrived at the bedroom after the dinner, I discover the room was not made. |

Na een poosje Campanile Breda te hebben gemeden (gebrek aan properheid + inzet/gemotiveerdheid personeel), kunnen we vaststellen dat de puntjes weer op de I gezet worden en er duidelijk een stijgende lijn zichtbaar is. Ga zo door! |

vriendelijkheid van receptie, aanwezigheid waterkoker etc, lokatie hotel, rustig (aan parkeerzijde!), voldoende parkeergelegenheid Zoals reeds gemeld aan de receptie: bed (kamer 21): kraakte erg bij de minste "aanraking" en matras zakte door in het midden; douchekop-houder te ruim, dus douche alleen als "handdouche" te gebruiken; gordijnen niet goed opgehangen, zelf veranderd. |

Het zag er netjes verzorgd uit, vriendeklijk personeel De kussens van de bedeen zijn te klein en o.i aan vervanging toe. Er waren ook geen extra kussens. verder was er geen prullenmandje op de kamer. |
