Good restaurant and bar facilities, pleasantly staffed.

Known to be out of town when booked but travel opportunities, bus, tram and railway access not known at front desk, but were easily available.

Breakfast was terrible. Poor selection, food not replenished dirty tables, room was dirty and not made. Had to get another room given to us as bed been slept in and not changed.

Campanile is a great hotel chain and Delft is one its best examples.

The bed was comfortable and there were teamaking facilities

Breakfast was extra at 11.50 euros per/person. We had a very good breakfast for 2.50 euros each in a bakery in Delft. The hotel is 15 mins walk from centre which is fine if it isn't raining.

Convenient for our business meetings

Comfortable rooms and good variety of food. Staff were very helpful, cheerful and informative.

We found the location somewhat unexpected. Although a pleasant walk into town, it took up too much time in the day to walk into and back from the city centre twice a day; there was no public bus service, which would have made quite a difference. We would recommend the Hotel to others on facilities but would also warn them of the locaction.

They have a good support.We enjoyed staying there and we recommend it.

I definately loved some of the staff..but everyone is different..the hotel was clean, cosy and friendly...I enjoyed it there even though it was just for 3 nights.

Firstly problem with par,ing, later solved

A good place to visit beautiful Delft (the city center available by 20 min walk), The Hague or Amsterdam. Cheaper than many location closer to Amsterdam. Nice walking routes nearby. Staff professional, breakfast - good choice, average quality. Dinner will cost you no more than anywhere else within 20 kilometers, not big variety but can be very tasty and served fast unlike in many other hotels - we were lucky to get have a very good meal.

If you look for idyllic, countryside location you might be partly disappointed. You can easily have a forest or meadow walk but you will see the motorways and office buildings on the other side,

Nice room, good cleaning service

No minibar in the room.

Good price, good position (for auto), free wi fi and parking, the kettle in the room is good for a little breakfast.

The staff tries to charge the breakfast as basic option on the form ready at the moment of my check-in, but i did not booked the expensive breakfast: pay attention! Again carpet (moquette) in the room and the shower tries to flood the bathroom.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Very good parking. Although the hotel is close to the motorway, it is a very pleasant walk into town (about twenty minutes) along a canal. Or you can rent a bicycle for 10 Euros. Delft is a beautiful little town, like a miniature Amsterdam - with far fewer tourists. A nice place to go for a couple of days.

we arrived late after a day cycling in the rain, the receptionist was very helpful, and let the kitchen staff know we would require dinner, after we had a shower. it worked very well.

The bar and lounge area was comfortable, clean and a lovely place to sit. Staff were very friendly and informative. Especially Marinka (?) who was excellent in her approach.

A little out of the way, map needed and verbal instruction to get into the town on foot.

Typical capsule hotel with shower in room.Clean,quiet room with Tv and an electric kettle too. Helpful and English-speaking, friendly staff.

Located outside of town,next to a4 by McDonald'S. A looong,country walk to the centre(30').But that's why it's quiet!
