consideraba que la calidad era mejor en relacion al precio, ya que he estado en hoteles de menor precio y de mejor calidad en donde incluso se incluye el desayuno y en este solo era la habitacion...la verdad me descepciono en este sentido

La limpieza, precio y habitación estaban muy bien

Si, lo único malo que encontré es que llegamos una hora tarde para dejar el hotel y nos cobraron una penalización de 25 euros, me prece exagerado por una hora de retraso.

Buen trato del personal, habitación amplia con buenas vistas y abierto 24h para hacer el check-in.

Esta bastante alejado del centro, unos 30 min andando, aunque hay una parada de bus relativamente cerca por mas o menos el mismo precio se puede encontrar algo más céntrico.

good location short easy walk into Delft. We plan to visit Delft again in the near future and will stay here. I like the price.

When I did (check in) they asked for my banking credit card for a copy of it. Two days later, when I needed raising money, I discovered that they had, without my knowledge and my agreement, blocked, in my banking account, the value of the stay in the hotel, plus a pledge of almost equal sum. This situation caused me immense familiar and economic problems, during the stay.

Room was comfortable - the bed was definitely one of the better ones we've had (ie, sizewise and comfortwise). Reservation was in order and the staff were friendly.

The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been and the roll of toilet paper was down to about 15 pieces. At 10.95 euros a person, the breakfast is too expensive.
